Villa B&D

We have had a lovely few days staying in the villa. Great location for Beach, bars and restaurants. Pool right outside the patio. Asli was always in hand to answer any questions. Would definitely visit again.

The Villa was Spotlessly Clean, Furnished to a high standard. Great AC units. New kitchen appliances. Lovely outdoor furniture - tables and chairs and sunloungers. A wrap-around Terrace downstairs and a lovely balcony upstairs - again with table and chairs with lovely views over the pool and garden area. Powerful shower. Spacious main bedroom. Massive pool. Very relaxed and chilled with space around the Villa. Welcome pack in the fridge which is always nice to have when you first arrive. Ten minutes walk to the beach & amendities, bars restaurants etc and the Water Taxis to Fethiye. Our transfers were on-time and would highly recommend Mehmet and his Son. Asli was always available to reach by phone if we needed anything and her family were charming. We are hoping to come back for another 2 weeks in June 2019. Thanks for everything Asli. When we arrived, the Owner was not present. The house was pretty dirty. The fridge was dirty and there were still stains of all kind of food. There were old pieces of toast in the toaster from the previous tenant. The washing machine was dirty, there were long hairs hanging out of it. Under the beds was a half inch thick layer of dust. It was disgusting. The grating of the drainage around the pool was missing at some points and it was so rotten, that my daughter broke into the drainage and hurt herself. There is a dome at the pool with windows, which are supposed to give light during night time. These windows are broken and there are stil pieces of broken glass aswell as the wires of the not existing lightbulbs in it. In the pool, under the water, are sharp edges everywhere, and we all cut ourselves. The plaster is falling of the walls at many places. We confronted the owner with all these tings when she arrived, but she only said, that it is difficult to find good staff to keep this place in shape. This can not be an excuse. I never would recommend this place to anyone. The owner actually only came to pick up the rest of the money. The description of this place was maybe true right after it was built, but not anymore.

Overall the villa was adequate for our needs. I must mention that the villa does not have an oven as stated (only a microwave), which made it more difficult to cook meals at the villa (as only 2 pans available). I did ask this question before booking the villa but maybe there was a little confusion understanding. Eating out was cheap though. Calis Beach was very nice and easy to reach (10 min walk).

Thank you for making our first stay in Calis beach so memorable, we have stayed in numerous villas over the years but this was the best. Ideal location for what we needed and villa was equipped perfectly. So good we are hoping to return in June 2015. Thanks again!!!

We have stayed in Calis, twice before but this was our favourite place to stay. The villas are of very high quality and very well equiped. It was lovely not to have to wash dishes either on holiday- loved the diswasher. The owner lives on site so if there is anything at all she will help you - she even helped us to order a dominos pizza one night as we were too tired to go out! We loved our own area in front of our appartment, there is so much room in front of the villas, no fighting for sunlounger space by the pool. The pool is amazing, the kids loved it, and the design with the pillars and palm trees, gives some shade in the hot sunshine too. They loved playing with other residents children too and the pool is so large there is plenty of room. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after by the gardner. The rooms were very well cleaned and the maids even spotted and reported a problem with the dishwasher immediately before we saw it. This was fixed straight away by the owner. Asli the owner made our stay lovely, her children played with ours and had a wonderful time. We love Calis and are hoping to come back again soon, it's a great base for trips. We always do a boat trip, and Jeep Safafi. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat. Calis is not too busy, just right for us, we didn't go to fetiye much, market and shops were enough for us in Calis. Some shops we found cheaper on high street than market and Fetiye. We were so sad to leave, Asli is a wonderful host!

The photos I saw when choosing this property were impressive but being there surpassed all our (2 adults and 3 teenagers) expectations. The villa and its surrounding area are beautiful, quiet, secure and excellently maintained. The villa rooms were wonderfully clean and all the appliances worked. The kitchen was stocked with essential utensils and crockery and the fridge with bread, milk and snacks - a nice welcome after a long journey. We were greeted by Asli on arrival who provided us with key local information. Throughout our stay she stayed in the villa complex area, so was always around if we had any queries. We didn't hire a car so it was very handy to find that there were several nice restaurants within walking distance and a decent grocery store with essential food and toiletry supplies. Calis beach was less than 10 minutes walk away and public transport buses ran regularly from a nearby main road. From that location we visited local villages, Oludeniz (for water sports), Fethiye's market and the Saklikent Gorge - a stunning must-see place. However we loved the villa, pool and garden area so much that we often didn't want to leave our holiday haven! We would all definitely love to stay there again; I highly recommended it for families, couples or individuals wanting to relax in picturesque surroundings.

Our stay at Summer Garden Villas from start to finish was overall superb and at a very good price. Our Villa was exactly as portrayed in the advert which was very clean and comfortable. Contact through Asli before and during our holiday was first class. She assisted in organising our airport transfer which worked out really well even though our flight was delayed by two hours. Summer Garden Villas is a very secure complex and even has its own residential ‘Little Owl’, seen on a few nights flying between the balconies. Asli ensured our stay went as smoothly as possible and was there for advice and to provide assistance if required. Our Villa originally had two sun-beds for the use of which between four was unacceptable but Asli soon rectified the problem by providing an additional two for the duration of the holiday. The Villa complex is situated in an area very close to all amenities and a short walk to the Calis beach area for wining, dining and entertainment. Fethiye is a short distance away which can be visited by a short Dolus (local bus) trip or by the river taxi taken across the bay. Boat trips can be booked from Fethiye which is a must for any holiday. Our pool area was fantastic and picturesque with constant monitoring and adjusting of an evening to ensure the chemical balance was correct for safe swimming. Asli also assisted in being the mediator for a trip that we wished to partake in that involved Saklikent Gorge and Yaka Park trout farm of which we were very grateful. Our holiday was made even better by the help and assistance from Asli who was always available for any issues or assistance that we required, the complex itself was fantastic which during the day we preferred rather than the beach. Many thanks for a great holiday and would recommend highly to anyone.

We've stayed at Summer Garden Villa in Fethiye for 11 nights. Had wonderful time with my wife, my parents and my nieces. The villa it was one of the bests in Fethiye as others were quite small and full. We were looking to fly away from busy London and spend quality time with my family and Summer Garden villa was perfect choice for us. It was very quiet with very spacious pool, garden and very nice decorated villa inside and outside. We had our full privacy on our villa and most of the time pool was only for our self's. Most of the time we only used pool as we wanted to cook in the villa but beach was only 10 minutes walk. Dolmus was only 5 minutes walk next to a local supermarket to centre of Fethiye which was very cheap. There was also a local vegetable market every Tuesday with fresh fruits and vegetables. We did had 2 girls aged 12 and 6 with computers and iPod's and they were able to use Wi-Fi 24/7. And the owners Alsi with her family were absolutely lovely and very helpful. If you would like to have a calm, relaxing and nice holiday I would highly recommend you Summer Garden Villa which has a very good price as well. Very suitable for kids as pool is very near to villa and you don't have to keep eye on kids all the time.

I stayed in Summer Garden Villas complex for a week in August 2013. Booking arrangements and communication with the owner, Mrs Asli Sag, were efficient, honest and all villa specifications were as stated in her emails. She kindly offered to arrange transfer from airport for a reasonable fee and was faultless and on time. The villa is semidetached 2 bed room villa which is clean, tidy and beautifully decorated and equipped. Simply all you need for you stay is available and prepared. Asli was very kind and helpful. The swimming pool is big, nicely decorated and very clean. The garden is beautifully arranged. The complex is safe, secure and family friendly. Calis beach is about 5-10 minutes walk which is lively but not over crowded with plenty of different choices of restaurants, cafes, etc. The quality of the beach is great.The scenes from Calis beach are absolutely amazing specially at the sunset. I initially planed to rent a car but I found public transport ( Dolmoosh) is almost available anytime ( 2TL to Fethyie) and very close to the villa, so I decided not to. There is also a close minimarket nearby for daily shopping. I had a lovely relaxing week with my family and wish I had booked two weeks rather than one.
