Villa Baladeva - 5BDR luxury villa, huge pool

Service provided was excellent, very quick to respond to any enquiries or requests. We did have an issue with power and water cut off however prompt action by managers made it feel the issue didn’t even arise.

The villa was in a good location and great sized swimming pool. It did seem a little tired considering the cost per night. 3 of 5 air cons needed maintenance 2 of 5 needed fixing twice. The management team were very vague and were not up to the ususal friendly Bali service we had receved at our previous 4 villas on our 3 week vacation.

Fantastic, cannot go wrong. We loved everything as a group of 9.

The team’s commitment to quality was evident—they proactively fixed a couple of minor issues (a shower head and a wall stain) without hesitation, showing how much they cared about the guest experience. Every day, the villa and the pool were cleaned thoroughly, keeping the place spotless and refreshing. The attention to detail was unmatched.What stood out most was the attitude of the staff—consistently friendly, always smiling, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was helping with luggage, offering a late checkout, or just saying hello, nothing was too much trouble. Their genuine hospitality made us feel more like family than guests.The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and privacy, yet close enough to enjoy Bali’s vibrant offerings. Combined with the luxurious, well-appointed villa, it made for the perfect base for our group.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Villa Baladeva isn’t just accommodation—it’s an experience we’ll all remember. Would return in a heartbeat.

Quiet and peaceful, so easy to enjoy an afternoon in the pool.All bedrooms had a comfy bed with lovely cool air conditioning. as a regular bali traveller was really looking forward to out stay with another family at this property- unfortunately it was not as it seemed. outdoor area feels nice pool nice, outdoor area nice. much smaller than in photos however. bathrooms very unclean mold in most of the showers and baths. little no no water pressure- dont bother trying to use more than one bathroom or tap at the same time. basin taps and some bathroom shower hads ect faulty,/falling apart. tiolet seat broken and rusted out.- they claimed to of fixed it while we were there but nect day came off again. needs replacing. taps falling off basins. one of toilets wouldnt fliuhed was replaired but continued to fail. pool filter cover broken any rutsy nails and broken wood pieces, not safe for children. for almost 9k AUD for 1 week, exepected a much cleaner proterty and would expect amentiies to be working.

What a way to spend my 50th with friends and family. The Villa was amazing and so were the staff. Great walking distance to Eat Street. Could not fault a thing except we should of stayed longer. Totally recommend it and we will definitely be back !

A very charming house. Contact with the manager is very good. Clean and comfortable. Great mattresses for sleeping. The only downside was that they were tearing down a concrete fence in the neighborhood...

Our family had a great time at this villa. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. This was the perfect place away from the bustle of the city. Our 7 year old especially loved the pool, which did get shade in the afternoon. Close to a local coffee stand, shopping and restaurants.
