Tucked into the tranquil hills of Mas Mila, Villa Avanti is a contemporary hideaway that flows effortlessly with its natural surroundings. Arranged over three thoughtfully designed levels, the villa makes the most of its elevated position with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-fronted terraces that frame sweeping views of the Garraf Natural Park. Step inside and you’re greeted by clean lines, cool tiled floors and soft, earthy tones that mirror the Mediterranean landscape just beyond the glass.On the lower levels, four serene bedrooms open onto a shared balcony, their pared-back decor inviting a sense of calm. The two master suites come with modern ensuite bathrooms, while a compact double and twin room share a family bathroom, making the layout ideal for a family group or two couples travelling together.

The true heart of the villa lies outdoors. The private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and wild olive trees, looks out across a vast horizon of pine forest and vineyard-covered hills. Adjacent terraces offer both sunny and shaded spaces for alfresco dining, lounging, or lazy breakfasts. Just a short drive brings you to Sitges’ sandy beaches and vibrant cafés, while Barcelona is within easy reach for day trips.

Villa Avanti sits within the peaceful Mas Mila neighbourhood, nestled in the verdant folds of the Garraf Natural Park. With no through traffic and panoramic hillside views, it feels wonderfully secluded, yet remains well connected. Local amenities including supermarkets and restaurants can be found within a short drive, while the thriving coastal town of Sitges is less than 15 minutes away.


In Sitges, guests will discover sandy Blue Flag beaches, a vibrant old town, boutique shopping, and a wealth of dining options. The surrounding Garraf hills offer walking trails and bike routes shaded by pine forests and dotted with hilltop lookouts.
Barcelona is only around forty minutes away by car, ideal for day trips to the city’s renowned museums, Gaudí architecture and historic Gothic Quarter. This location balances natural serenity with cultural convenience, making it ideal for family holidays or relaxed group stays.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.
