Wonderful comfortable house- very well equipped kitchen- the best we have ever had. Good beds and the bed linen was lovely. Excellent showers and towels. There was a mid 10 day clean which was appreciated. Well placed for excursions to both sides of the island and for the South. Very generous and friendly hosts who gave us many essentials and treats in the fridge when we arrived as well as raki. The home baked biscuits a highlight. Delicious eggs were from the resident hens in the next plot which we sometimes collected ourselves . Great grounds very pretty and very well kept. Super pool although the weather was not great for it .The owners were also positive helpful and communicative. Thank you for your house we loved it!

This was a great villa with everything needed for a big family. There’s a pool which looked nice but we spent all our time traveling to beaches. The villa is secluded except for the chickens and sheep. The location is perfect for central and western side of Crete. Rethimno and Chania are 2 cities nearby. We traveled to Belos and Elafonissi which took 2 hours each. Other famous beaches in the North and South were less traveling time. Not too far from gorges, monesteries and ceramic villages (Margaritas is a must). Overall we loved it.

Our week in villa Armi was wonderful. Villa is managed very well by hosts Christos and Georgia. Very warm and welcome feel from start till the end. Villa is decorated very tastefully. You have everything you need in it and more. The welcome pack at arrival was a very nice touch. The location is very good: a village with everything in it and stunning views of the Greek countryside. The swimming pool, olive gardens, fruit trees, chickens, and a couple of lovely kittens made our holiday even more enjoyable. We have thoroughly enjoyed our week at the lovely villa Armi. The location is great as you can pop down to the lovely beach and beach tavernas in a couple of minutes. Only a 20 min drive to Rethymno too. The villa is homely and comfortable, not ultra modern but with lots of space and good seating areas. We loved the veranda area looking towards the sea and mountains which often gave a cooling breeze. Georgia and Christos were charming owner hosts and we loved the fresh eggs from the chicken girls and fresh figs and oil which we were kindly given. Great place to stay - we hope to return ?

Apart from points above the villa, grounds and pool are BEAUTIFUL and we had a wonderful and Christos & Georgia are warm hosts.

Villa Armi is a stunning villa in beautiful grounds. The villa is equipped with everything that you could possibly need and the pool is the perfect size. I would recommend to hire a car as we found the walk to the beach and town quite far.
