Villa and outbuilding, private swimming pool, sauna, games rooms, not overlooked

What a wonderful place! So peaceful, quiet and relaxing in the middle of the country side, yet not far from sights.Honfleur is a thirty minute drive, a bakery is within a few minutes drive. Pont l'évêque is within twenty minutes.We went to Omaha beach which was an hour and a half away.Le Mont Saint Michel was two hours.Loved the house! Perfect for ten people to hang out and enjoy!The heated indoor pool is connected to the house. Comfortable accommodations for everyone.Three full bathrooms in the main house with three bedrooms. The other building houses two bedrooms and full baths with a pool table room and a foosball table in another.There is also a small washing machine here and a line outside with pegs to hang laundry.You can hear sheep bleating in a nearby field and horses neighing.We will definitely go back!Thank you Christophe and Olivier!Very responsive and immediately at house when needed.We loved it!

The location was quiet and the nearby village was welcoming. Beautiful stay. The property manager was exceptional. He provided great service and great recommendations for things to do and see. Wonderful experience.

The property was in good order and is in a quiet location. Our teens appreciated the pool attached to the 2nd smaller property on site which was for our use during the stay. It would have been helpful at time of booking to be clearer on the description that 2 bedrooms were away from the main house so we were unable to use due to safety issues with our children. The property does need some cosmetic updating but everything was in working order during our stay. We found that the contents within the property whilst to some extent useful did mean storage was a real challenge for us as a party of 4 as Cupboards were already full. The host was excellent and very responsive.

Just arrived home after a wonderful stay at Peter Rabbit Gite! From booking through to departure communication was perfect. Olivier recommended a local pizzeria and a couple of nice beaches to visit with the children. His recommendation didn’t disappoint. Perfect rural location but central to D-Day attractions. Would 100% recommend for a perfect holiday.

Beautiful place, split across two properties, pool was a bonus, and everybody loved the snooker room. House was ready on arrival lovely and clean we was shown around by Oliver who was there to answer any questions and he kept us updated throughout the week to let us know the gardener was coming to cut the lawns. The views was beautiful not over looked and the weather was fantastic, can not fault this place.

House was great. Pool perfect. Games room enjoyed by all. Gardens lovely. Quiet location but within 15min walk of bakery and easy to drive to Honfleur and Deauville.

Beautiful location and grounds. We loved the pool and games rooms. Could do with some refurbishing as some areas were a bit tired.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. There was enough entertainment provided.
