Villa Ammiraglia Ansedonia Prestigious villa with park and pool- for 8 people

An absolutely lovely property! Antonella was a wonderful hostess- very responsive and helpful! The location was wonderful - we would love to return!

We loved the house and all its amazing features! Air conditioning in the rooms and the gorgeous pool were a real blessing in the August heat. The views and sunsets were far more spectacular than advertised. It’s a super property with real character and everything was as one would like it to be.

We stayed for a month and just loved it. Like living in someone's home. Never felt like a rental and had everything you could want in a rental.

We had an amazing time in ansedonia! The house was perfectly prepared with a lot of sense to detail. In every room their were books prepared to read for us! Even with the weather not being nice at first, there was plenty to do, with a huge living room and library! Even sitting outside was possible as there was a roof over the sofas. The beach was close as well to enjoy the sea. The pool was amazing and there were enough seats for everyone, under the shades or under the trees as well as in the sun! A huge pool to swim and enjoy made the stay perfect.

We had a wonderful vacation, everything was perfect. We’ll certainly be back next year.

Great property and location. Sadly the weather wasn't co-operating, it was unseasonably cold and we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Great location. Amazing views from the deck. Comfortable for 8 people. Host was extremely helpful. Within an hour drive there are so many things to do. Or just relax at the villa. Pool was an added benefit. We loved everything about it

We rented this property for the second time end of March/beginning of April, and enjoyed again every minute of our stay. We are a 2 german families with 5 adults incl. grandma, 2 teenagers and three children aged 12, 10 and 8, and we all had a wonderful time at this fantastic property. The house is beautiful both on the exterior and interior, very spacious and comfortable with all amenities you could ever wish for. It is obvious that the owner Antonella have put her heart into making this an incredibly attractive property with an elegant, yet relaxed and homely atmosphere, appealing to every generation. There is a large & nice shaded terrace with a long table that seats 12 people without problems, if needed. Barbecue station, lounge seatings and a endless garden surrounding the house, where the kids can play and hidout. We had wonderful weather every day of our stay, hardly any clouds/rain and bright sunshine from early morning, with breathtaking sunsets in the evening. The bedrooms are all in different styles and are well fitted with everything you need. Fantastic views in all directions of a beautiful countryside, with green hills, the Monte Argentario, the beach and the sea. We went on very enjoyable trips to the seaside, Monte Argentario and Porto Ercole, as well as Roma, in addition to having dinner in several of the nearby villages/towns. The owner Antonella and her asisstant Emanuele has been a pleasure to communicate with ever since we first got in touch, and both had been very very helpful, accommodating and made us feel like at home. In every caring detail in this house you notice that this is somebody's home, and not just a professional rental property, which made all the difference to us. We truly feel that we have been very lucky to find this property and this owner, and give this place our warmest recommendations at any time!!! Grazie di cuore!

We visited Flagship Villa with our two families (3 kids, 2 teenagers, 5 adults incl. grandma) this spring for two weeks of rest and relaxation. From the moment the large gates were opened we were delighted to be spending our holiday here. The terrace with the view on Monte Argentario, the long beach (walking distance) was stunning. We even remarked that the pictures on the website do not fully do justice to the stunning surrounds, rooms and interior. As a family who enjoy spending breakfast, lunch & evenings eating al fresco - villa flagship with the bbq, open kitchen and covered seating area were perfect for us. Fun by the pool with not a sound to be heard other than us of course. The home is vast with many different rooms and outdoor seating areas for those who might want to slip away from the larger group. The biggest piece of feedback has to go to the owner Antonella and her assistant Emanuele, who were a tremendous help in providing us with tips for the Ansedonia area. This home has been well taken care of, it was clean and clearly well loved. We enjoyed spending days out in the Monte Argentario region and hope to come back soon. Highly recommended!!!
