VILLA ALENAR. Beautiful villa in Marratxí near Palma de Mallorca. Pivate Pool - Free Wifi

Good things first: the house is really big and well equipped. Everything was clean.What was not good: the drain of one shower did not worked, lighting outside did not work. Both needed to be repaired while we were forced to wait for the handymen to let them in. Mosquitoes all over the place bc the sprinkler was running at night time. You literally could not sit outside in the evening without getting new bites every minute. Even though the pictures try to draw another pictures, the house is not in the middle of nature. It is part of a big checkboard pattern with neighbours in every direction. The worse part: directly opposite was a construction side and it was very noisy every time. No time to relax at the pool. They did not inform us about that which was not fair at all. Also, they were not accommodating at all in terms of a discount bc of that and the other problems we had. Not 1 Euro! For this price? Inacceptable. Would definitly not come again.

The villa is well located within a residential area. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities nearby. The house is newly renovated and very well equipped. We had some relaxing & nice holidays.

What a beautiful and peaceful villa, excellently situated between Palma and Soller. We had a wonderful week’s stay with all the family - would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie in der Villa Alenar. Alles war perfekt. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Mitten in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen und nur gute 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und Palma Stadt entfernt. Auch die Bucht von Alcudia erreicht man in einer halben Stunde. Einen großen Mercadona gibt es fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Betreuung von Villaonline war außergewöhnlich gut. Ein großes Dankeschön an Alfredo und Carol!!Katja & Olaf

Wonderful villa in a location near everything. Just a few minutes from the airport and Palma city center. A nice place to relax and enjoy a holiday and house was equipped with everything you need for large group. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was very perfect. We cook a lot and the huge kitchen and fridge/freezer was very helpful. A lot of plates/glasses/cutlery was also helpful. Alfredo was good help with a couple of restaurant suggestions. Communication was good. Thanks for everything.

Hemos pasado unas semanas en Villa Alenar estupendas, la casa es muy cómoda, con habitaciones grandes y buenos baños. La cocina es amplia y suficiente cristalería y vajilla para todos. La atención es muy buena, atienden rápidamente tus necesidades. Sin duda, volveremos.

Nach Palma Stadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten und auch zum nächsten schönen Strand. Das Zentrum des Örtchens befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, alles hat funktioniert, bis auf den Grill. Die Kommunikation war auch toll, unsere Fragen sind rasch beantwortet worden. Simple, elegant interior. Well equipped kitchen + grill. Great salty pool! And pool towels. 3 great bedrooms upstairs with aircon. The 4th bedroom downstairs was a bit different without aircon and slightly less comfortable beds. We stayed 8 persons in total. Situated in a villa area outside Palma - rather calm but close to shopping facilities, and only 15-20 minutes drive to Palma city. Communication with villaonline was extremely easy both prior and during stay - and the information very accurate. Price was a great deal cheaper than booking via VRBO. Deposit refunded swiftly after our stay.
