Perfectly positioned, the villa is also just a short walk or cycle from Dunsborough town centre via the foreshore path or Old Dunsborough streets, with cafés, restaurants, and shops all close by.



The home is set over two levels with spacious, light-filled living areas. The main living space is upstairs, opening onto a balcony and featuring comfortable lounge seating, Smart TV, and relaxed coastal styling.



Accommodation includes two enclosed bedrooms located downstairs, offering private and comfortable sleeping spaces. Upstairs, the king bedroom is an open-plan loft-style space that flows with the upstairs living area.



The fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for easy entertaining, with seamless access to outdoor spaces surrounded by peppermint trees and a BBQ area — perfect for relaxed coastal meals and downtime.
