Stayed Jul 11, 2023We love staying at Bernards place for FIB, location is 30 mins from the festival and it’s so spacious with air con in each room. Unfortunately we were let down by the cleanliness of the property this year the kitchen was unusable upon arrival until we had cleaned it - crumbs everywhere and sticky surfaces. It wouldn’t stop us staying again but just some feeeback!

Stayed Jul 16, 2018I stayed in the villa with eight friends during Benicassim Festival. We loved the property, especially how close it is to the beach and a small supermarket. Communication with Bernard was always quick and we received our complete deposit back so no problems with check out. The air conditioning system was okay and everything was clean. We couldn't work out how to turn on the TV, but didn't really need it. Thank you Bernard, I'd definitely recommend this villa!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is located near the beach, decor is reasonable, semi mobile air conditioning units in the dining room and one in the downstairs bedroom, ceiling fans are fitted in the other rooms, communication with the owner was average took well over a week for replies, the man handing over the keys for the owner didn't speak any English so no idea what he was telling us, a few issues with cockroaches in the kitchen but used a spray which was in the utility room, issue with the deposit, bank charges when refunding your deposit so be wary, he should know and warn people, the location is spot on for the beach and about 30 minutes walk from the festival, the building was very hot had to sleep with doors and windows open noisy outside as they have bin wagons out in the night, cleanliness was very average a few issues here and there but nothing major.
