Very pleasant villa on a hill, calm, with seesight, garden and private swimming

The view and the swimming pool are truly fantastic. The location is very beautiful, surrounded by many possibilities for excursions. To both lively boulevards and beautiful cities such as Barcelona and Girona. However, the villa's kitchen equipment is somewhat sparse, and the bed linen is of a lower quality. But this can surely be resolved in consultation with the owner (who is very easy to communicate with!).

Located on a hill, it has beautiful views over the valley and sea. Large and clean swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen and garden kitchen with separate refrigerator and barbecue. 5 min (by car; 30 min by foot) to nice old village of Calonge with shops, and restaurants. Definitely an accomodation we recommend.

The, house, host and place, everything was of top quality. The view from the hous is exaptional. We give it a 10/10.

The property is spacious. Especially the garden is large with a beautiful and relatively large swimming pool. The garden and terrace are equipped with various tables and chairs. The view over the valley and sea is magnificent. The location is ideal, a few minutes from the highway to Palamos and Platja d'Aro and the beaches in the area. The house itself is large and well equipped. I would definitely consider this house for a next visit of the region.

We travel to this area a lot but this was our first visit to this villa. The owner and the care taker were on hand for any queries before and during our stay and were extremely helpful to go the extra mile for us as we wished to travel light and not bring linen. The home is well equiped with everything you will need. We throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to recommend. The only slight niggle was you cant use the BBQ which was a first for us as we had always enjoyed these in other villas however there is an outdoor kitchen with cooking equipment.

We loved everything about the place. All you need for a good relax - from the welcome from M.Cuerel to the lovely pool, it worked for us. A car is essential but most places are easily reached - Figueres for the Dali experience; Barcelona; Tossa; Pals; the lovely beaches. Thank you.

The villa is exactly as described. The garden is beautiful, the pool is nice, the views stunning and all so peaceful. Great for our children (6, 10,12,14) who were all day long in the pool ... The swimming pool can also be illuminated : the nights in the garden are magical. The sea is very close (although a car is needed), and you can walk in the hills behind the villa. The house is characterful, well equipped with comfortable beds and was thoroughly clean on arrival. All in all it was a stress-free, wonderful break in a lovely place.

The property is in a quiet area allowing the opportunity for some relaxing time in the sun. The house was clean well equipped with well maintained rooms, we slept so well during our stay. Car is really needed - in particular for shopping - but there were fully stocked supermarkets 5 minute drive away.The sea is 7 minutes away as well. The sea view from the villa is great (even while swimming in the pool ... !). The villa was beautifully clean and exactly as advertised. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone wanting a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings.

This beautiful villa in a stunning location exceeded our expectations. It was a bit cheaper than other similar properties and we feared it may be inferior in some way, but this was not the case. We enjoyed the whole property for us alone (they are two other appartments in the villa, but they are never occupied while the villa is rented). The pool (inside the property) was absolutely fantastic, very clean with beautiful views of surrounding countryside. Children loved it ... We loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the sea view and looking down over the balustrade to the lit pool below. Wifi and Internet was very good (even if we would have preferred to have one more connection - we were six of us and 5 simultaneous connexions are available at maximum). We particulary liked the calm of this little hill and the lovely surroundings. Note: you really need a car to get out and about.. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves before too long!
