The house is situated in a recent urbanization (14 years old) and looks well cared for. The closed garden is full of shrubs and there is a spacious terrace around the pool (with outdoor shower) that faces south along a riverbed. It also enjoys a lot of privacy here. We use this property as a 2nd home for ourselves so that all comfort and material is present. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, separate living room, bathroom, hallway and garage. Stayed Aug 7, 2022Thank you so much for the lovely holiday. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. The beach is a short drive away and the private pool the perfect temperature. We throughly enjoyed our family time. The communication with our host was excellent and they were kind and accommodating. We would definitely like book again in the near future.

Stayed Jul 23, 2021Private gardens and pool despite being surrounded by other properties . Clean and well equipped . Location within walking distance of Callonge and an easy cycle to beach ( given bikes provided ) . Excellent location to explore the area by car. Owners understanding and responsive in the current travel climate

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa was a fantastic property and we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday including wonderful hot weather. This modern villa is situated in a private development and is ideally located for local supermarkets and visiting Palermos. The property and pool are very clean and have all you need for a family holiday. Communications with the owner and his contact were great. We had a lovely time so thank you again!
