Vallegaia estate, complete relaxation with swimming pool, tennis, football

The location, size, facilities and accuracy were all amazing. The kids loved the pool with the slide, hard to get them out of the water ! Owner was on hand whenever we needed anything. GREAT !

We were a group of 6 families and had a wonderful holiday. The property offers a lot of leisure activities and is very spacious. The landlady is always available and very accommodating, we could even order pizza from her and she brought it to our house. Everything is very clean and we had a really nice time. The only comment is the coffee machine, which we brought ourselves as there is only one machine for 2 cups in the kitchen (we read this in an older review and were prepared). You have absolute privacy and there is a lot on offer. We would love to come back.

We stayed here with our family for a special holiday and we have had the best time. There was 14 of us. The kids (aged range 7-2) lived in the pool - it was perfect as there is a small shallow pool within the lovely large pool that they could swim about it. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The area is just beautiful and close to Pisa and the beach. Our hosts were just lovely, on hand for help. advice and were so kind and friendly. We have loved our stay and were sad to leave after a perfect week. Thank you ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this property with a very mixed age group. Wonderful facilities amazing pool. Astroturf for football/tennis a great hit, the bar and cinema was much appreciated. Hosts were very friendly and a great help If needed couldn’t do enough, they arranged a pizza making course at the villa which was great. The only thing we would have liked is more and better pillows but that’s just us ! Thank You All

There were 17 of us in our family and we had a wonderful time in this house. The patio was wonderful but the furniture was a bit uncomfortable but we spent most of our time outside as the temperature was very warm. We had a couple of minor issues with the house but they were handled immediately and professionally. The location was great as it was easy to get to several cities and beaches quickly. The biggest hit of the house was the beautiful pool.

We had so much fun, everything was clean and organizied. The garden is even bigger than on the pictures and everything is in best condition. I would absolutely recommend it for familys and large friend groups. And most importantly: the hosts are super nice! Thank you so much for these amazing days :)

We thoroughly enjoyed Tenuta Vallegaia. With a family of 8 adults and 7 (grand)children we could not have asked for better facilities. Spacious, room to manoevre, great private pool and playing fields. Where can you find a better private movie theater? The only less than perfect aspect, was that the air conditioning system could not be used, due to Corona measures. Katia and Tiziana were very helpful, even though we did not require much support. Everything was so well arranged. We hope to return.

We had a great holiday. The pool area is excellent. We hve never had a property with such a big pool, and the kids loved it. Tiziana and her family made us feel very much at home, and they helped us out with any questions we had. Thanks for a great holiday! :)

Beautiful villa, fantastic pool and outdoor facilities. Hosted by Tiziana who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Caretaker on site kept grounds lovely and always spoke to us. Pool furniture is abundant, there's a covered shaded area with fridge to keep drinks cold. The pool is wonderful, children's area with a little slide into the water, Roman steps at the shallow end for easy entry/exit for older party members! Easily enough loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The tennis court/football field is very well kept, we used it early morning/late evening as it was too hot to play during the day. Small children's play area in the grounds. Pool table is oversized and has very tight pockets! Lots of interesting memorabilia downstairs where the pool and poker tables are situated, the room has Aircon and two fridges which was great. Not all bedrooms have Aircon, some just have fans and it's hot! Towels are provided for personal and pool use. A linen change between weeks is an additional cost of 140 euro. WiFi good is some parts of the house . Kitchen lacks only a pair of scissors, everything else you need is there. Water is heavily mineralised so bath with spa jets is not great but showers work well. Close to lots of restaurants - too many to mention, ate at different ones every night of our two week stay, advise booking as most are very busy. Be careful if TripAdvisor state they cater for vegetarians as not all do - check when you ring to book, most places have staff who speak some English and are really friendly and helpful, we had really funny conversations with some staff who didn't speak English but tried to mime to explain menu's ?. Service can be slow - just go with it! Within less than a twenty minute drive there are lots of hillside towns/villages to stop and enjoy the coffee and pastries they serve and for those interested in architecture some beautiful old buildings. Pisa and Florence are easily reached, Rome quite a bit further so go early and make a day of it. There is a beautiful white sandy beach just a short drive from the villa but no shade and gets very hot so take your own brollies or pay over the odds from one of the guys who sell them from stalls near the car parks. Local aquapark is worth a visit. Only negative was small snakes that found their way into the house. Would we return -absolutely! Tiziana is fantastic and made our stay memorable, her limited English and my Iimited Italian made conversation great fun!!

The house and the grounds are beautiful and spacious. We were a family of 10 adults and 9 children and there was enough to do on the property for everyone. From tennis, ping pong and pool to swimming, barbecuing and having meals on the terrace we had a great experience. Tiziana and Jacopo were extremely responsive to them few little problems we encountered and resolved those quickly. We would likely stay here again. The property is quite remote .
