Stayed Dec 21, 2024Have stayed at this location multiple times as it is just such a nice, comfortable, and well appointed house in a perfect location between Brownwood and Sumter town squares And easy golf cart drive to multiple golf courses. Can’t say enough good things about this particular place.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024This rental was awesome! Everything we needed was there. All we needed was groceries and Publix and Walmart were within 2 miles. We were close to multiple recreation centers and pools and were right between Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares. Can't say enough good things about the unit. Clean, quiet and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed Dec 17, 2023Kitchen was poorly equipped, master shower head was held together with 2 zip ties and a Velcro strap, golf cart needs mirrors. Other than that the bed was very comfortable, location was good and the rest of the house was well equipped.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023This clean and spacious villa is in a great central location. Less than I will call you back in about 15 minutes by golf cart to Sumpter and Brownwood Squares with great restaurants and nightly bands. Also, close to several Executive and Championship golf courses. We would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2023Perfect property for exploring The Villages. We stayed for a month while we were moving to our new house in TV. This Villa was super clean and has everything you could ask for. Close to Brownwood too. Would definitely recommend.
