*UNIQUE* Luxury 10-person villa Laman within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The communication with the owner and the housemanager were excellent. The house was clean and everything worked fine. I would have given it 5 stars but there were some minor things. I think the living room needs an air conditioner unit. Once you close the doors it gets extremely hot at night. There were gardeners working on our second day (was communicated when we arrived) I get that these things need to be done but I would plan this on a day that there are no guests. They also use equipment etc and charge them at the house since guests are paying for electricity use I don’t find this completely fair. And then there was another day that pest control came (also communicated the day before) this was unpleasant. I have small children and the smell was bad also the gardeners were wearing masks. I did say something to the housemanager but she said it wasnt that bad but everyone else in our group noticed the smell. Again this is something I would not plan when guests are staying and trying to enjoy the outside and the pool. Other than that it is an amazing house, not far from the beach and the pictures dont even do it justice it is prettier in person.

The host was very responsive to all questions before we arrived. The manager that met us at the property was also fantastic. We had an issue with the safe not unlocking and she had it handled in a very timely manner as we needed our passports retrieved so we could return home. Top notch service!

The layout of the house is perfect. I loved that the kitchen is totally open to the outside. There is so much seating and lots of sun or shade, whatever you're looking for!If anything, I thought the place looked even better than in the photos!The restaurants and grocery store are a short walk, very convenient. We only went out of the neighbourhood twice in the whole week.Our house manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We asked to stay late on our day of departure and they were very accommodating.The only thing I would say is that it seems silly not to just provide extra toilet paper - such a small thing but would make it a lot more convenient. The same goes for shampoo - for those travelling with only carry on it means packing small bottles or having to find small bottles to buy once there.

We travelled two families together and really enjoyed our stay. The house was even bigger and prettier than on the pictures. The host and amenities were perfect! Merci!!

Villa Laman was absolutely perfect for my girls getaway week! There were 10 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside area including the pool was spectacular. We did go over in our daily electricity allowance but the cost wasn’t very much for the group so it was worth it. Easy walk to the grocery store and the Jan Thiel beach area. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Curaçao!

The property was excellent in every way!

Everything was great!! One minor thing was that the wifi didn’t work. We didn’t care we were there for the pool the heat and the beaches. They didn’t disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay at villa vista Laman and are already talking about a return trip. The house was spotless, checkin/checkout was easy and the outdoor area was perfect for us and our kids. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery. We will certainly return!

I'm not one to write reviews but this was just a great trip. The property manager was amazing and there when we needed. The home was top notch. It was everything me and my family wanted and needed (9) of us by the way. The location was just about perfect. We were very happy with everything.

This home was absolutely perfect for our Friendcation in Curacao. It easily fit three adult couples and two children, ages 8 and 11. The home is beautiful and modern, and the pool area was a HUGE hit! We loved that Jan Thiel beach was an easy walk from the house and Tugboat beach was only minutes away. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. We will definitely stay here sgain!
