Unbeatable Location: Your Dream Villa Next to SeaWorld

Stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely wonderful. It was quite and clean! Only issue we had was on day three we asked to get clean towels and was told we needed to pay extra to get clean towels. (Seems absolutely unreasonable) Also the hot tub was not usable until our last day there! All around great place close to SeaWorld and discovery cove. Closest beach is about an hour away but definitely worth the drive!

There was a leak in the ceiling after using the jetted tub upstairs in my room. Upstair tv wasn’t working as well .

Perfect for a week of downtime!

There was a lot going on in the small parking lot for the 7 luxury villas. 4 cars parked in the grass, one on blocks. Aside from that there was auto mechanic work going on out in the parking lot at all hours of the day/night. Just wanted to note it for some people that might be bothered by it.

The house was exactly like the pictures. My family and I had a wonderful time while we were there. Would book again.

Great location for the parks

There was no problem getting in, they were expecting us. Check in took a few minutes. Rooms were very clean, we did order room service as well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location! Great area! Very clean! C9mfotable! Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is it was a little dated. Cpuld use some upgrades in flooring but it was still a perfect stay!!

Villa was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Orlando. Very close to theme parks and local restaurants/shops

Nice location! Quiet too

We had a nice stay! We only had one issue; the electricity went out during our lat day. That complicated things, but was not the fault of the owner.

The location was perfect. A few minor things occurred & the owner had maintenance there within the hour!!

We did have some issues, but the host was wonderful and worked with us regarding some issues we had. He is someone who will do what he can to help and make things right. He was quick to respond, and I do appreciate his follow through.

The place was nasty. All of the appliances are worn and need to be replaced.VRBO was able to cancel for us after we checked in.

The property is clean and the staff are very welcoming. The location is good and the value is excellent. The beds would benefit from an upgrade.

The jetted tub upstairs leaking through the kitchen ceiling all over the floor downstairs. There was black mold on the ceiling that they tried to cover up but we took pictures to prove it. The host didn’t call me like I asked him too. He waited until the next day and messaged me on the VRBO app. The beds squeaked every time we moved. It was inconvenient to have to walk 2 buildings over to wash clothes. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to wash the ones we had. Not a great experience for our first time to Florida. Very disappointing.

Everything was great! Definitely would come again

It was the perfect size for our small group and close to the attractions we were planning on doing. Only problem was our last night there the college age neighbors had an ALL night party... they were still going when we left at 4:30am. Otherwise it was clean and everything we needed gor an enjoyable stay.

The townhome was spaciousand conveniently located to most parks. It could use some upgrading as appliances are old. The master bedroom shower is awkward, you feel like you are in a fish bowl if your partner is not in the shower with you. Parking is limited, not assigned and one of the spots for the townhomes is marked off for handicap.

The place was dirty filthy. Had roaches, all kind of bugs. Very unpleasant, stay also had a mildew odor

Perfect location. The bar and grill Inside the villa was amazing. I was also pleasantly surprised with the jacuzzi that was at the pool

Great location. We were coming of a cruise and staying for a few extra days.

We were at Icast 2025, so location was great!

Clean and comfortable.Hot tub leaked through ceiling into kitchen and living area.TV in master bedroom had no signal.

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. The house was clean and well represented. We will use this property when we return to Orlando if it is available.

The location was great. It was easy to get to plenty of restaurants and attractions from this location. Nice front desk staff and check in and check out were very easy! There was plenty of room in this unit for 4 people plus luggage. There is an upstairs and downstairs and plenty of bathrooms! Christopher was an awesome host and easy to communicate with, he was even able to add an extra day after I had made a mistake when booking the number of days we were staying before we travelled on to another area of the state to stay the rest of our trip. It woked out great! We were celebrating my son's high school graduation and it was a great trip!

Property was amazing. Building was nice and clean. And communication was amazing and quick and cooperative! Thank you for allowing us to stay and to check out at 1!!!

The noise situation in the back bedroom is nonstop from the condo into the early morning hours and must keep blinds drawn to avoid fishbowl exposure. Jacuzzi seemed like a great idea except the jets are filled with black mold. The filtered water feature on the refrigerator door was broken and didn’t get fixed while we were there. The onsite restaurant is not good

Needed a place to stay the night before a cruise and the night after it. Chris was accommodating, responded to my messages and inquiries promptly. The staff at the check in place was nice as well and pointed us to the pool and laundry areas. Great place!

Basically good, we stayed for 7 weeks. I feel this place was much better equipped for shorter stays. Internet was very spotty. Response to issues (which were few) was very fast. Back yard had very loud neighbors that changed frequently. Over all good.

Unit was as described. However, could not get the coffee maker to work and the tv remote did not work.

Great location, close to international drive trolley.

This was our first time renting and staying in a VRBO. The host gave me instructions on what to do when we arrived, and it was a simple check in process. The villa was a little dated but efficient and clean.

I’m giving this villa 4 stars because the house itself was very clean and for the price it was an easy choice and one that we don’t regret. I’m docking a star because out of our 5 night stay 4 of the nights we couldn’t get back into the villa because our keycards would deactivate and not work which was really frustrating. It was also frustrating that we didn’t have a car so our Ubers could not go past the gate because our keycards wouldn’t work and it’s a decent walk to the very back of the resort where the villa is located. We were here for a conference and it was hard walking all day and being exhausted to have to also walk back to the villa at night when the sun was down so it just felt a little unsafe. The WiFi also did not work well so we had to use our hotspots the whole time. Overall. I would stay here again but would definitely make changes to how we stayed.

worked perfect for our stay - cleaning crew needs some lessons in getting edges and corners in bathrooms - mopping only in center leaves dirt! had pretty much everything needed for dinners if cooking own food. bring or buy anything else - no salt / pepper but lots of old seasonings. kitchen was clean as were all dishes. recommended property

Check in was easy. The place was as pictured. It had most everything that was needed in the kitchen. The water pressure in the shower/bathtub was low. The beds would be very comfortable to people below 225 pounds. They felt like we were sleeping on a mattress filled with jello jigglers... lol The owner was prompt in answering when needed.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice. Only problem was parking the first night. There were a lot of cars, I assume visiting others who live there and there is no assigned parking. This was not a big deal to me but could be an issue with less understanding occupants. The property manager said to find a spot and do not worry about being towed. Good place to stay, I recommend it!
