Two Bedroom Apartment with sea view

We spent five weeks at Villa Elaia and enjoyed every minute. The property is Beautiful and the Village of Santa Maria a true gem. Hospitality and service very good. We would love to return.

A beautiful property located just outside of town. Many things to do within walking distance. Quiet and clean house with beautiful grounds. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

The property is very good taken care off. Both appartment and the garden/pool area is nice and clean. Its located in walking distance to a nice area with shops and beaches. Highly recommended place to stay.

It 'been a wonderful stay, as always for 10 years, now ... From the place, to the apartment, all the comforts necessary to live quiet, beautiful kitchenware ... hospitality and availability of the owner of the house, no stop, maximum hygiene, safety and accuracy in the details of the apartment. Panoramic view in the middle of the green olive trees with a blue sea in the background; the swimming pool is super cared for, hygienic beds every morning, check the pH of the water every day and every day they make a thorough cleaning of the pool. The garden that is inside the pool area is very well kept, I could go on for a long time but what more could I say ...? GO AND DEFINITELY BACK -ATTILIO- I apologize for the translation, mine is a low linguistic level.

Friendly welcome even at 10pm! Lovely pool and shaded garden area. Apartment Ortice had a wonderful balcony view if the sea. Well equipped for self catering. Not noisy despite being near the main road. Very safe for children. Santa Maria di Castellabate 10 mins downhill away. A lovely, friendly seaside resort town . Would definitely book again!

We stayed in two of the appartments in Villa Elaia. The first week we stayed in an upstairs apartment which have balcony views onto the Mediterranean Sea and if the weather is clear you can see the Amafi Coast. The apartment was spacious, clear and equipped with aircon, washing machine and fridge freezer. Having the view was great. Being able to watch the sunset was mesmerising. The second week we had a downstairs apartment at the back of the villa. No view of the med, instead a nice flag stone area outside which had multiple covered seating areas and a couple of wooden recliners to sunbath on. Inbuilt BBQ was a nice touch, but on this trip I never used it. The apartment was slightly larger that the upstairs one, larger bathroom and slightly larger main bedroom. Beds were firm and comfortable. With plenty of space to store clothes etc. The location of the villa is just off a main road which you cross to walk into Santa Maria Castellate. Which takes all of 5mins. 10mins and you are at the seafront and access to some rocky bathing areas as well as sandy areas which have parasols and sun beds to rent. The location of the villa is also close the old town on the hill of Castellabate, which can be accessed by car, has parking and great views looking down on to the coastline. Alponso and Florin both made us very welcome and comfortable. And answered any questions and made recommendations of where to go when we asked. The pool and garden area is well looked after and cleaned every day. Most people staying when we were there were families and very pleasant. There is parking just past the pool. Personally I loved the location. It was ideal and was away from the tourist masses. What was even more amazing that we saw maybe 1 other British couple in our entire visit in that area. We did a day trip to Positano which was easily accessed by driving or catching train from the nearby Agropoli to Salerno and catching a €12 ferry along the coast. The local town of San Marco 10min drive was also very picturesque and had lovely restaurants. Whilst there were no British all the Italians made us feel very welcome. Easy to find. Friendly welcome on arrival. Well kept grounds and pool area. Views from Ortice apartment balcony of sunset in the Mediterranean were awesome. Short walk to Santa Maria village centre. Lots of decent, tourist restaurants. We ( 2 adults and 3 children ages 7,8 and 8) will be back!!

We stayed in the apartment Biancolilla for 1 week. Fantastic views, especially the evening sunsets. Villa good - it was clean, and had all the things we needed, and owner is helpful and pleasant. Awnings over balcony help keep the sun off during the hot days, whilst the air con is great and has separate units for the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Surrounding area is quite quiet compared to the more tourist focussed Italian resorts. Supermarket a short drive away, or plenty of small shops in town. Note that the walk to/from the town is quite steep and can be hard work coming back from the beach when its very hot (we had mid- to high-30s every day). We had a great time here.

We ( 2 adults and children aged 5 and 7) enjoyed our stay at Villa Elaia very much. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the view is beautiful. The owner and the staff working at the villa is very helpful. Santa Maria di Castellabate is just within five minutes walking distance and has about everything you need (good restaurants and cafes, shops for cheese, meat, fish etc). So we were all very happy with our holiday and would defenetely go again!

Villa Elaia is nice and safe place to be with your kids. Apartments are wonderful and it is a huge extra that you have gate with lock to your apartment as well as to the pool area, kids can't get lost :). Property was clean and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
