The Space
Villa della Tartaruga is perfect for indoor and outdoor living all year round. It has recently been renovated in a modern and functional style. The villa features a large private garden with trees, sunny and shaded terraces, and a fenced-in off-street parking area for two cars. An indoor garage can accommodate an additional car. The rooms at Villa della Tartaruga are spacious and filled with light. Free 1 Gbit fiber-optic WiFi is available throughout the property via separate access points on each floor and in the villa’s garden for faster simultaneous connections, along with free Netflix on the TV. Hardwood floors, hot/cold air conditioning, independent heating, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an espresso machine are just some of the amenities available to our guests. Villa della Tartaruga can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Four additional single beds are available upon request. Sheets and towels are included and will be changed every 6 days.

Villa della Tartaruga consists of four floors, including a basement with a recreation room and a large garage. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden shaded by tall trees and large terraces where you can sunbathe and relax. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a veranda featuring a large picture window overlooking the garden and terrace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and an additional large bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. On the second floor, there is another spacious bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a large hobby room with a fireplace and a laundry room; from here, you can access the garage, which can accommodate two cars indoors, and additional parking spaces are available for guests outdoors but still within the property. It is equipped with all the latest comfort systems controllable from your smartphone or tablet: independent heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and SmartAir; furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and an Illy coffee machine.
All guests have free, unlimited high-speed fiber-optic internet access. Additionally, there are multiple dedicated Wi-Fi access points both inside and outside the villa for full and fast internet coverage. The living room features a large LED TV with free Netflix access.
Guest Access
Villa della Tartaruga is for the exclusive use of guests and is easily accessible by car. Leonardo da Vinci Airport is about 15 minutes away. There is also a partnership with NCC ROMA for transfers, with pickup directly at the airport arrivals area at the following rates: 45 euros for 4 people, 70 euros for 8 people, and 110 euros for 10 people.
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the villa, including the garden and all outdoor areas. You can access the villa and check in on your own using your cell phone, keys, electronic wristbands, combination locks, and SmartLock. Upon arrival, you’ll find water, tea, chamomile tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, oil, pasta, rice, and cookies at your disposal, plus a small welcome gift to help you start your stay off on the right foot. All linens, towels, bath towels, bathroom amenities, and table linens are provided free of charge for each guest. For extended stays, a complete set of linens will be provided weekly.

Villa Tartaruga, its garden, and parking spaces are for the exclusive use of guests; however, rooms, bathrooms, and complimentary toiletries will be provided based on the number of reservations (one bedroom and one bathroom for every 2 guests booked). Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors. The villa spans several floors, plus a basement room and a garage.
