Our communication with guests starts from 9 am till 5 pm, after this time we are still gonna be able to answer any question or solve any situation, just keep in mind might have a delay since is not working ours for all our vendors and staff.

✦ Walking is our favorite: Tulum's compact layout and artsy feel make it perfect to explore on foot.

✦ Private beach/town shuttle is our next favorite - AMARI has it readily available for you. It is the only community that offers private free shuttles.

✦ Regular Taxis are common all over Tulum - prices can vary and it’s best if you ask us to book it for you so we can secure a fair price.

✦ Colectivos are shared local shuttles that operate along designated routes. Very cheap prices and you can get off along their designated route. It’s the least comfortable choice but very affordable.

✦ Your private concierge can assist with all local arrangements saving you time and money:
Renting Bicycles - riding bicycles is the most common way to explore Tulum and find hidden gems.
Renting Scooters and ATVs are the 2nd most common way to explore Tulum's surroundings, including the beautiful beaches and lush jungle.
Rental cars - allows you freedom to explore outside of Tulum on your own terms.
Private Tours: Tulum has a lot to offer and we can point you in the right direct to make sure we book the right tour or activity for you. It’s a personalized experience for you.

✦AMARI provides VIP airport transfers and local transport in luxury vehicles such as Chevrolet Suburbans, Cadillac Escalades, and Toyota Siennas, or similar. Vehicle make and model may vary. In rare cases where no AMARI vehicle or driver is available, third-party transport may be arranged, which could include different vehicle types.

To ensure your stay is amazing and hassle-free, please note these simple house rules:

✔️ No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside; please use designated outdoor areas.
✔️ Furniture & Food: Keep furniture in the same place and refrain from bringing food into bedrooms.
✔️ Quiet hours: Be mindful of our neighbors and keep quiet hours 10 pm - 8am.
✔️ Party Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for loud parties.
✔️ Guest Access: Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless we provide written authorization.
✔️ Breaching rules may lead to a fine (up to USD 500) and/or cancellation of your stay. Let's maintain our record of no incidents!
✔️ Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed. An additional pet fee may apply. Guests traveling with pets are expected to bring their own food, bowls, and pet supplies. Villa dishes, glassware, and linens are not to be used for pets.
