The house manager was incredible and we had a wonderful time! The chef was also incredible and worth all the money. Before coming, the property manager would take weeks to respond and it was a horrible process. She said she would help with reservations at restaurants but we did all of that ourselves. If you can make it through the booking process and get to home, the home staff was wonderful.

Beautiful, clean home with an ideal layout, perfect for hosting our group of 11. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Bibi and Hayden. Their food was absolutely delicious, and they were attentive to every need throughout our week-long visit. The property was pristine, and we had a blast enjoying the pools and the beach. The location was perfect for our group, and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 days here in May! Huge house with plenty of space for our group of 11. We had rooms that were empty. The staff is incredible! You must get the meals made by the chef as there isn't much close by and the food was so delicious! It was our favorite part of our stay. We all adored Beebee and were sad to say goodbye to her! The pools are really nice. The beach was not really swimmable as there are rocks and seaweed. You have to go out on a neighboring dock to get in, which we did. But you can't just walk in the water. The power went out on our last night and they did everything they could to keep us comfortable. Use their recommended driver as you will probably want to go into town (30 min drive). He was great and took us out several times. The only problem with our stay was the communication before we arrived. The management company is not responsive. We had to send 3-4 emails before we got a response which was difficult as we had a ton of questions. We really had a great time, Thank you!

This property exceeded our expectations! The setting felt like a dream with the ocean feet from us. It’s very spacious; there are 7 bedrooms all with their own bathroom! Plus 5 have an ocean view. Everything was very clean and well kept. The patio with the large table and the pool with the ocean right there was amazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out in that pool! Bibi was awesome! She made us coffee every morning and made up our rooms when asked. She provided the perfect amount of care, she was available but not intrusive. The chef meals were great! We ate outside for every meal, so lovely. The paddle boards and the kayak were a nice bonus. The beach immediately in front of the place is very rocky but water is still very clear. The upstairs is accessible by an outside staircase that locks separately. Bibi was up before us each morning and unlocked the lower level to make coffee so not a big deal if you were on the upper floor (we also kept the key just in case). The rooftop with the yoga mats and the hot tub were great! We watched the stars almost every night. We did massages twice, Pedro and his therapists were fantastic. We utilized the taxi recommended by the host, while expensive, was very convenient. There are multiple restaurants in walking distance which are great. Casa Altamar is literally two doors down. The road to get to the house off the main road is rough but worth it! Also note the A/C is only in the bedrooms but fans everywhere. Loved our stay!

Our group of 5 couples got together for a week in the sun. The house worked out great for us. We purchased the gourmet chef option and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Bebe and Jayner made us feel like kings and queens! Highly recommend this property!

We were 11 woman and a 7 month baby and rented the house for a week. The location was perfect for us; 15 minute drive to town but directly on the water and secluded. Lots of wonderful little hotel restaurants within walking distance. We had several meals prepared at the house and would highly recommend. Bivi anticipated our every need and made us all feel like we were home. The house is ideal for a yoga retreat! We practiced each day in the rooftop overlooking the water. Mats and blocks were conveniently supplied. Would definitely return.

We really loved staying here! We felt very safe in our gated villa in this community. Some things to note for future travelers that I wish I had realized- the bedrooms are on two floors, and lock behind all sorts of doors. So when one person goes to bed, the whole house kind of had to because there was only one set of keys to lock you in/out. I the house is sprawling, with several separate living areas. Great if you need some space for everyone, tough if you don’t make an effort to find one landing pad for everyone. The beach was gorgeous! Not swimmable while we went due to all the seaweed, but I think it was just because of the time of year that we went. It’s so close to tons of attractions and everything was easy to get to! I also want to take a minute to thank the staff, who were absolutely phenomenal. It was incredible to have support and advice on hand 24/7, and made our group of primarily young women feel extra comfortable to explore the surrounding area. I HIGHLY recommend this space, and would love to go back! Hopefully these just help someone else prepare a little more air their stay here :)

The photos of the house don’t do it justice, the staff was wonderful and the chef made a wonderful dinner for us one night. Really well equipped for cooking. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday with close friends and family. 9 of us total using 5 of the 7 bedrooms. Awesome location on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and coastline. Quiet/peaceful area with security and safety, while being close to Tulum town and the restaurants or action if desired. Note: we rented a car and I would strongly recommend doing so for this location to give you maximum freedom to explore the area. There are taxis available but the cost would add up being 15-20 min North of Tulum. Staff was fantastic!! Highly recommend the Gourmet Chef Package. The fabulous chef Bera was exemplary and server Bibi so sweet, accommodating, and trustworthy. Their friendly smiles while serving delicious food added a level of relaxation and luxury to our group experience. Amelia cleaned the house daily and Jose tended to the 3 pools and was very quick to clean up the Sargassum(brown macroalgae) that comes up on shore at times while other homes did not tend to it in a timely manner. The house has plenty of areas for quiet alone time or great spaces for group gatherings. Extra special is the top level with its exquisite views and area for morning Yoga(thank you Lauren!), sunsets, and night time star gazing. We used and enjoyed all 3 pools and there were ample areas to chase sun or shade depending on your preference. The reef is great for snorkeling or kayaking and there is a small pier with hammocks close by. (Bring water shoes to enter for snorkeling). Overall, a fantastic vacation home on a beautiful beach with great staff that feels like family preparing delicious food. One suggestion for ownership would be to upgrade the heater for the top level soaking pool/jacuzzi so that the temperature could actually reach 39 - 40 degrees C(103-104 F) and be more like a true jacuzzi. Regardless, time in that pool with it's spectacular views during the day and night was well spent! Lastly, the owners Gimena and Mike Coate as well as their booking agent Diana were all responsive and very helpful leading up to our arrival. A 5* experience all the way. Thank you so much!
