Stayed Dec 19, 2023We (wife & 2 college aged kids) stayed here last week (Dec break 2023). Absolutely amazing space with incredible 360 degree views. Property and beach are beautiful. Everything was perfect and as advertised. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Our concierge, Raul (better Call Raul!), was so attentive and responsive in every way. Food was great at the cafe, and also right across the street from some great eats and a market. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Monkitail and Tulemar were amazing. Sloths and monkeys everywhere. Raul helped with everything and was always accessible. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022This is our second stay at Monkitail 303. Need I say more? Our family of 5 loved our stay at this property so much that we returned for a second stay which was just as wonderful as our first. The location is perfect with amazing wildlife, and a short walk to Tulemar's private beach. The amenities offered include all the comforts of home. We hope to come for another stay!
