We are a group of 6 married couples that have an annual destination retreat each year. The property was perfect for our group. There are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the main house and it also has an additional bedroom and bathroom next to the pool. First thing you notice when you enter is the insane view overlooking the ocean through the floor to ceiling glass doors that line the back of the home. 3 of the bedrooms have en suites while the other 3 have bathrooms directly across from them. We used the chef service for breakfast and dinner each day and the food wasn’t anything short of amazing. The location is close to many restaurants and activities. We mostly used taxi services when we left the home in small groups, which was only about $12 each way. This was mainly because there is an insanely steep hill leaving the property which some could not climb. Our concierge service that was provided by Jorge, was second to none. Any thing we needed whether it was a run to the store for something, lining up a taxi, helping someone track down a lost phone they left in a taxi, or simply giving a suggestion or where to go, he definitely made this one of the best trips ever for us. Also, there were a few different types of monkeys that showed up occasionally on the covered patio and some sloths hanging from the trees on the property as well.

The house worked perfectly for our family gathering of 10. Nice location, walked to eating/shopping spots. A very well ran property. The photos give a good description of the property. I would recommend the place.

We stayed here for my birthday with 6 other couples. This home is perfection from the architecture to the views to the centralized location. This area is incredibly safe and walkable and everything you need is close by. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, beaches, adventures and wildlife! Jorge was the best from the second we arrived to when we said our goodbyes! We hired Diego for breakfast and dinner daily for our group and the food and service was phenomenal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He was amazing and the food was unreal. We travel a lot and our entire group agreed that this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to go back! PURA VIDA!

The beautiful pictures do not even express how beautiful this place is. From the design of the house to the space of each room, this was an incredible stay. The place was cleaned every day and even had our laundry done. The wildlife surrounded us with not only beauty from the view and surrounding jungle but the monkeys, sloths, birds and lizards could have been enough entertainment for the entire stay. We will definitely be back.

Our group of 11 (3 families with teens) had an amazing vacation at Matt's property in Manuel Antonio. The service from his entire team was 5-star. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Hazel helped us plan our transportation, activities, chef, bartender, and answered numerous questions we had about the area and the house. When we arrived, Jorge was there to greet us and he helped us the entire week. He was very responsive to every question and was a tremendous resource. The home was very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Our dinners by Chef Diego and drinks by bartender Angel were definite highlights of the trip. Even the housekeeping and pool service were top-notch. They cleaned every day but we hardly noticed they were on the property. I think what makes this property magical is that it is nestled in the hill with a beautiful view of the ocean yet surrounded by rain forest which made for many visits from wildlife. We saw howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, white face capuchins, scarlet macaws, a sloth, toucans, a Jesus Christ lizard, iguanas, and even a bare-throated tiger heron. No hesitations, we would definitely book this home again.

The staff and property were amazing. Had a few chef prepared meals which were outstanding.
