Stayed Feb 25, 2022The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others.

Stayed Jul 30, 2021This 3/3 and a half single family pool home was located inside a secured gated community of 3 homes that can be rented individually or as a group. The homes are all set-up the same and offer modern conveniences such as WiFi, individual A/C in each bedroom and a back up water cistern to city water (was needed that week so that was a huge plus!). The living area is very open to the outside, breezy but no A/C, a ceiling fan only. The furnishings are modern and new. The kitchen is equiped for a French chef! The beds are excellent and the bedding is very nice. The hosts were great throughout our stay and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Centrally located and perfect to explore the Basse-Terre side of the island! I highly recommend it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed with a group of five friends in Ciel de Kaz, an immaculately clean, comfortable condo that is perfect for 5-6 people or 3 couples. The place seems like it has been recently renovated, with very nice bathrooms, a nice outdoor patio/dining area, AC and big fans, and a fun retro-style kitchen with all cookware necessary to make meals. The little pool is greatly, and you truly feel like you're in the middle of a jungly paradise, away from the touristy feel of Grande Terre. The central location is nice for exploring all parts of Guadeloupe, and there's a fun market nearby on Fridays. Isabelle is friendly and helpful as well. My friends and I were a little freaked out about the cash deposit, but Isabelle is trustworthy so do not worry! The place is very nice so it makes sense that she wants a damage deposit. The only downsides are that the wifi isn't the best, and the place isn't walking distance to anything.
