This is an amazing property and despite some foul weather we enjoyed our stay. Having Becky, the caretaker, on-site was very helpful. She was very friendly and attentive. The outdoor space is magical and feeding the koi everyday was a highlight for everyone as was the massage chair . We did have some issues which we detailed for the owners after our stay and their response was very thorough and considered and they were quick to address our concerns. The property is older and clearly has continuous maintenance and other needs and was not as deeply cleaned as we would have hoped (we were stuck indoors for a portion of our stay and may not have cared as much if we weren’t spending so much time cooking and in the house). Overall, this is a beautiful and spacious four-star accommodation well suited for a family gathering.

Amazing stay, great to have a caretaker on sight if anything was needed

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! We visited for a memorial service and there was room for our whole family. Plenty of space to cook and do dishes, as well as spread out to have fun. The kids loved the koi pond and mini golf and the adults may have loved it more! There was plenty of activity options to entertain while we put together memorial boards and organized our event.We were greeted by the property caretaker, Becky, who went over the house and amenities and also doled out fish food for each day of our stay for the kids. We ended up heating the pool and it was so nice to swim in the warm water while it was so cold outside, though getting out was hard!Communication was excellent across the board from owners and caretakers. Parking was a little challenging at times but not a deal breaker. Location is fantastic and the most private stay I've ever had. There was a lot of flexibility in our stay in regards to our event and visitors which I deeply appreciated(event was not held at location). My only complaint is that I wish all the fireplaces worked for the cozy cold time we were there. We are so appreciative though to have had such a nice place to stay that our family will hold in memory for years to come

Special place with wonderful space

the kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. plenty of room for us to cook together and hang out. the pool was warm and well lit so swimming in the evening was very pleasant.

Our own private resort with activities for the whole family. We enjoyed the beautiful koi pond, private pool, game room, ping pong, and even a mini golf course! We love to cook and found every utensil and pan we needed in the huge kitchen with two dishwashers, five sinks and a dining table to seat 12. A spacious living room with a baby grand piano. Yet there were quiet spots by the fountain or in the meditation gazebo. We'll be back!

The property is beautiful and so peaceful. You are literally in an oasis. The owner is great and very accommodating. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Stunning!!! We had a pretty large group stay here and it was a huge hit! The grounds are absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious and included everything you could possibly need. We are Phoenicians who vacation in California every year and this house blew every rental we have ever booked out of the water. The host, Anna and the caretaker were so kind and gracious. Thank you for making this special occasion a memorable one. We will definitely be coming back.

An amazing property with many amenities.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was something for everyone, games and a pool for the kids, fire pit and games for the for the adults, and a beautiful property to enjoy. Our VERY large family had enough space to be comfortable and we enjoyed all the common areas to spend time together. Check in and check out were easy and simple. Ana was great making sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

Our family and friends enjoyed the Memorial Day/long weekend stay at this beautiful property. It is very spacious and the garden with koi pond is stunning. The street is very quiet. Check-in was easy and all instructions were provided. Check-out was easy too (just put the towels in the wash and garbage in the container). Everything was in good working order and the kitchen well-stocked. Two recreation rooms with the pool table, table tennis etc. were a great addition. We asked for the pool to be warmed (extra charge), it was very worth it. Overall. great stay, highly recommend.

This is an incredible house with plenty of room for our family of 10. There are six bedrooms that can sleep 6 couples. We really loved the well-equipped kitchen, the multitude of sitting areas, the great outdoor areas, the game rooms, and the massage chair. One of my favorite areas was sitting by the koi fish pond. I can't say enough great things about this property and will definitely rent it again.

This property has it all!! Pool, koi pond, billiards, ping pong, shuffle board, barbecue, massage chair, plenty of space…. We had a lovely time when family congregated to celebrate some family birthdays.

Beautiful oasis!

We had a family event in Santa Barbara for the extended weekend, this beautiful property housed the family and more comfortably. The checkin process is flawless, and the owner is very responsive to any questions. 10/10 would recommend. Fantastic.

Wow, just wow! This family of 12 celebrated our matriarch's 80th birthday by coming back to Santa Barbara, our home town, for 4 nights at the beginning of 2025. This property is amazing! Between the 6 bedrooms with ensuite baths, the game room, massive and fully stocked kitchen, the pool, the BBQ, bar and eating area, the huge living room with grand piano, the massage chair in the master bedroom, the putting green, the Koi pond, AND the incredible and spacious 4 head shower there is literally nothing missing. We ended up spending the majority of our time at the house, and we have zero regrets. The hosts were amazing, the house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. We will be back!

Our three generation family Xmas gathering was well-served by this wonderful property. The pool was a huge bonus, the ping pong table saw a lot of action, and the exercise room was also appreciated. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. A few more forks and glasses would be great for a big group. Honestly the house was so comfortable we only left the compound twice except for grocery shopping. Highest recommendation to prospective visitors. We were also very close to Goleta beach and the airport.

There were eight of us who stayed at this amazing property for a golf outing. Everyone in the group loved the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the outside area and the grounds are just beautiful. Everything was top notch and we all highly recommend this property and house. The host was fantastic to work with and made everything so easy.

Excellent site for small family gatherings.

This listing was the best setting for a joint birthday trip with friends! We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked in, it truly felt like a villa/mini resort. The property was gorgeous and had everything we could think of. Pool, game room, putting green, etc., we were never bored. It is very conveniently located to get to state street, the beach, and all other SB attractions. The accommodations were beautiful as well and the host was incredibly kind and gracious. Check in / check out was simple and easy too. I can't recommend this booking enough for anyone visiting SB with a group, we will definitely be back for future trips!

Our family of 14+ (adult children and spouses and one 10 year old child) spent 3 days this October in advance of an upcoming weekend wedding nearby. It was the perfect place for an extended family pre-wedding vacation, and everyone loved it! It is a gorgeous, well-maintained property with plenty of room for all of us to sleep, each with private bathrooms. The large dining room and huge, well-equipped kitchen made cooking and eating together easy and convenient. Then there were all the extra amenities including a central courtyard with in-ground pool, plenty of chaise lounges and towels, outdoor grill. bar area and dining table, a putting green(!) and a game room which opened up to the courtyard area. There is also a small workout room with a ping pong table! The grounds were immaculate and featured a stunning koi pond that was so peaceful and added to the outdoor beauty and feeling of absolute seclusion. The home is within about 15 minutes of Santa Barbara's airport and couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts were extremely helpful and made our stay truly carefree. I highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway!

Comfortable, well maintained, spacious and interesting option for large family gathering for a long weekend. Loved the outdoor spaces and game room. Easy 15 min drive to pier and downtown Santa Barbara just a few exits south on 101.

What an amazing 5 star property! I came in with a group of friends to golf Sandpiper and other local courses. From the minute we arrived all of the group was saying they couldn't believe how beautiful the property was. You won't be disappointed if you book this house.

This place is a pretty mediterranean style home. It is a good design with sleeping on one side and activities on the other so people can sleep and others can hang out, play pool, shuffleboard, etc without disturbing others. The kitchen was nice and big. The house is definately worn and kitchen cabinets, drawers and inside drawers dirty. Windows dirty with hand prints etc. The washer had lots of mold in it (front loading washer that isn't maintained). For cost and level of home, i was surprised to have Kirkland Shampoo/Conditioner and grubby stained towels. Kind of silly to keep asking for trash bags, paper towels and TP. I did like that they had a large trash can dumpster for large groups! That filled up fast staying there for 6 nights! This is not a private home in that pool maintenance, koi maintenance and property caretaker are around. Lots of activity but everyone very nice. I would suggest them to have another fridge or get the drink fridge by the BBQ replaced before a big group rents it. so, bring coolers if you have a lot of food and drinks

The photos don't do this place justice! Our stay was wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous and expansive. They had everything we needed for a long weekend with our extended family, and their communication and accommodations were superb.

We had 15 women for a bachelorette party, and I think the house was the highlight. Everyone was able to have plenty of space and separate quarters. The pool was the perfect temp for August without the need to heat it. There were not many floaties at the house, so bring some with you if you want to float. There were also only 8 lounge chairs by the pool, so if you have more than that, be prepared to accommodate. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. We enjoyed the game room.

We were in town for a family reunion. This home was perfect!! Plenty of room to lounge around and visit without being crowded. Each bathroom had it's own bath. Beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen with plenty of room and all the amenities you would need to prepare shared meals. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The massage chair in the master was such an unexpected plus!! Dani was super quick with responses to all our questions. We are already talking about a return visit.

The greatest highlight of this property is the swimming pool, the Koi pond, the size, the game room and golf amenities and it’s large with lots of bathrooms. Could use some more general cleaning before we arrived. Host had good communication. Easy check in. We had 12 people and could accommodate more spacious enough and close to airport. Master room looked nice too!
