Stayed Jan 8, 2026Very easy check in/out. Host communication was excellent. The house has EVERYTHING (almost 2 of everything!) House has a very comfortable, beachy lived in vibe. Definitely would book it again!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Much easier to get to than our first house stay. Road is definitely steep but we weren't able to get 4-wheel, but our Toyota front wheel sedan made it fine. Have to watch for big rocks and navigate. Owner Bruce was extremely helpful with a few minor issues and caretaker Kenroy very helpful. Learned a lot from him and enjoyed our conversations. While the driveway is steep, it is short and very convenient to Zionhill Dr, the main cross-island road on west end. Had a couple memorable dinners on the north side. You have to spend multiple days at Smuggler Beach with their two local beach cafes.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Wonderful stay at this property. The most breathtaking views of all the villas we have rented on Tortola over the years. Great outdoor spaces with really nice pool area. Lots of outdoor seating which can be hard to find at other villa rentals. We appreciated that there was also shaded outdoor areas to enjoy when you needed a break from the sun.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Tortola adventure was a fabulous place for our family getaway. Located at the top of Zion Hill., the panoramic views are exactly as spectacular as pictured. It’s a very spacious house with room for everyone to have their own space and privacy.. the kitchen dining deck area were warm and inviting for family gathering. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to make lovely meals to enjoy together.. they have an old-fashioned espresso pot that goes on the stove top , and we use the blender to foam our milk ! there are plenty of chairs and beach toys for vacationers to enjoy as well. This house really had it all.! The only thing I would caution is you must rent a four-wheel-drive vehicle to get up the drive. But the summit is totally worth the climb! And the location is perfectly close to so many of the islands, gorgeous beaches and the West End ferry station. The local caretakers, were so kind and engaged and very responsive throughout the week .We loved it and we absolutely hope to return. Thank you for our perfect holiday.!!

Stayed May 26, 2024Everything about the Tortola Adventure Villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The beautiful views make it all worth it. The location to the ferry ports, wonderful beaches and restaurants was very convenient. We enjoyed sipping our cocktails in the pool while taking in the breathtaking views. The air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms worked great and cooled us off each evening after our days of exploring Tortola and the nearby island, while the open air great room on the top floor received lovely ocean sea breezes flowing thru each evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything I can imagine anyone needing, plenty of towels available too. The home managers were very helpful with any information needed. We were greeted right upon arrival and the management check in on us several times only to find out that everything was going great. The drive up to the house is a little steep but you will have no problems with AWD or 4WD. I hope you will have a chance to experience the Tortola Adventure Villa and have as much fun as we did in the BVI!

Stayed Apr 15, 2024The home was not far from things to do, however, it afforded us complete privacy. We loved sitting on the outside decks at all times of the day sipping coffee or drinks and taking in the view. There was a good supply of nice furniture on the deck. The home had a somewhat eclectic style, was open and airy, had everything we needed, and was quite comfortable. To get to the bedrooms, you had to go outside and down the stairs to the lower level but that didn't bother us. Especially loved the outdoor shower and the pool was nice. We rented a Jeep as suggested as the last part of the drive up to the house was steep. We could have made it with something else that was a four wheel drive but it can be slick if raining so it really depends on your comfort level. Bruce and staff were very helpful and communicated well and we thank them for making our stay all we had hoped for.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024We really loved this place. With the incredible view, open floor plan (on the top floor), good kitchen, and the very nice pool, we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa, cooking meals, etc. Mornings were sublime. The layout of the house is not intuitive from the listing: the bedrooms are not on the same floor as the main living level, with two bedrooms one level down and the third, two levels down. They are not connected via interior stairways, and have independent external doorways. This isn't necessarily a negative, it's just a function of how a lot of caribbean houses are laid out. The bedrooms themselves are very comfortable, with AC in two of them, and good breezes throughout. Location of the house is great - we've come to really like the West End of Tortola. (Recommend shopping for groceries at Riteway in Soper's Hole, rather than schlep to Road Town. Skip C&D's and Bobby's Supermarket.) The hill up to the house is no joke, but not a big deal. Kinda fun, actually. We would love to return and stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Loved every minute of our week-long stay. This place instantly became our home away from home and the host answered every question we had along the way. If you love the outdoors and have an adventurous spirit, you will love this villa with the spectacular views! Would stay here again and again!
