This immaculate, 80 m^2 and fully equipped Villa invites comfort and tranquility

The view was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening outside. The fridge was well stocked with good food and the potato casserole and lemon cake was delicious! However, we had some ants in the master bath but ant spray took care of that. The mattresses are squeaky and perhaps need to be changed. The communication with Ioniam is excellent. He responds quickly and give recommendations for dinner. Lovely stay!

Our trip to Santorini was prior to a Mediterranean cruise so we only had a few days to explore. The house, the host, Ioakeim, and the area were perfect for our purposes. We had travel issues and needed transportation, Ioakeim, immediately stepped in and provided what we needed, reservations for dinner were made for us within minutes and we were treated like longtime friends. An egg and potato omelet pastry and a lemon cake were homemade by Ioakeim’s mom and left for us which made for a lovely breakfast for a couple of days without having to worry about food. Bottled water, fruit, eggs and a lovely bottle of wine were also provided. This helped us soo much! The property was beautiful with access to a rocky entrance to the Mediterranean and the area was peaceful after visiting the crowded bustling city. I highly recommend!! The house has everything needed and any transportation requirements please use the Santos Wings company which has info listed in the house. We had the most amazing driver, Yiannis who drove us everywhere all week at a moment’s notice…helped me with a delayed bag by communicating with airport people in Greek and had amazing recommendations to a beach club on the south side of the island. All in all, this was the best place for me and my family. Thank you for all of the kindness and hospitality! ❤️ We loved Santorini and the villa!

The place is beautiful. You must plan to stay at the residence for a few days to enjoy. It is next to the water, easy to get to. The host made every arrangement we needed! The refrigerator was stocked well with everything we could need. He also made a cake and a potato dish for us. He delivered a jar of fig jam during our stay, which was delicious. The place is centrally located between Oia and Fira which was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

We loved this house. It's a little tight as the third bedroom is a loft (NOT for the elderly), but that's more than compensated by the huge and beautiful gardens, the beautiful outdoor seating, and the waves breaking just at the bottom of the garden. After the crowds of Santorini it was really special to come back to this perfect retreat.

Akeim was our Host and he was fantastic. He made sure we were well taken care of upon arrival with a refrigerator filled with items to last us a couple days. His family made us a traditional Greek Quiche and a Cake which was very good. This place offers you a very private experience inside or outside of the home, while still being within 15 minutes driving from Oia or Fira. Definitely a place to consider for your trip to Santorini. Amazingly perfect villa for our week in Santorini! It’s a beautiful accommodation with the most fabulous of views. So beautiful that we found ourselves taking way too many photos of the sea and sun rises from the villa. Truly so beautiful that it’s hard to describe its stunning intensity. And the absolute highlight of renting the villa is that it comes with Ioakeim – the most attentive and caring host of any property we’ve ever rented. Ioakeim is just as described in the many positive reviews on this site. He met us at the villa upon arrival, shared a light lunch, a stocked refrigerator, breads, and fresh fruits and vegetables. The villa was spotless. Totally equipped with our every need. Ioakeim was prepared to help us plan our excursions, just as he promised during our preplanning for the trip. Not only did he connect us to our preferred excursions, Ioakeim connected us with the two most awesome drivers one could imagine. Mario and Mike were unbelievably timely, kind, and helpful. They drove us every day and we left as friends. When we return to the beautiful Island of Santorini – I’ll stay at Ioakeim’s villa again. He is so thoughtful, insightful, inclusive, caring, and an all-around great guy. We are glad to have him as our new friend and will forever be grateful for the best accommodations and host ever! This property is simply amazing, I cannot say enough about it! The views are stunning, the location very quiet and away from all the tourists and the home itself is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of areas to sit outside to enjoy looking and listening to the waves. The pictures on the site are all accurate. Ioakeim, the host, met us at the property upon arrival and had a delicious egg/potato breakfast dish and cake waiting for us (made by the hands of his mother!). Our party tore into both as we were starving after long travels. Ioakeim is very friendly and the 2 younger adults in my group thought he was very handsome! He had the refrigerator stocked with drinks, sandwich meat/cheese, bread and fruits/veggies which was much welcome because there is not a supermarket within walking distance. He also will arrange a rental car if you desire however we chose not to drive anywhere because we didn’t feel comfortable driving in foreign country. So if you need to go to a supermarket or into town, be prepared to pay taxi fares , which are a bit more expensive on Santorini than in Athens. I definitely recommend this property and hopefully I will have the pleasure of renting again in the future!

My sister and I had a fabulous experience. The property was lovely! The owner went above and beyond our expectations. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, cheese, sandwich meats, wine, beer, soft drinks including homemade casserole and cake. Anything we requested was supplied and he helped us with all arrangements and reservations. The property was exquisite. The photos do not do it justice. We hope to be back and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Pictures did not do justice to this amazing property! Our host greeted us upon arrival and efficiently walked us through what would be our “Santorini home” for the next week. The home was immaculate, up to date with all amenities, had an AMAZING shower and outdoor grounds that can only be experienced to fully appreciate this little slice of heaven on Earth! Our host had a fully stocked refrigerator with fruit, vegetables, cheeses, bread, Greek salad and even beer and wine! His mother had even baked a local flavor cake that sat impressively under a glass dome on the kitchen table! It was simply the best experience ever!

Aronia Villa is in a great location; on the other side of the Island from the Caldera, but nonetheless, perfectly situated right next to a quiet bay, with amazing views of the morning sunrise and as peaceful as you could want. As Santorini is a relatively small Island, by car, Aronia Villa is just 15 minutes from the airport; Oia 20 minutes away, Fira 20 minutes away and Parissa which has a great family beach, 30 minutes away. The outside areas of the villa are really impressive and the large size hot-tub was perfect for cooling off and entertaining 2 young children and a teenager. Ioakeim, the host was really kind and helpful, providing assistance when arranging taxis for our wedding and to and from the airport and also, he and his family also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival which meant that we had food available to us after a long days travelling from the UK. As a Homeaway host, he doesn't need to do this, but these extra touches really are appreciated. The Island of Santorini, with its Caldera views is magical and we could not have hoped to have had a better setting for our wedding. Thanks to Ioakeim and his great Villa, this helped our week in Santorini to be perfect. Thanks Ioakeim!
