The White Turtle Villa ~ Marigot Bay, private pool, water views.

The house was well cared for. The amenities were great . The pool is bigger than the picture suggested. Nina the real estate caretaker met us there to show us around . She arranged a taxi to and from the airport and the delivery of a rental car. It was a great place to stay .

White turtle villa is everything that the pictures show. It is an immaculate property managed incredibly well. There is nothing you can think of that. It does not have. The highlight is the pool, which is large, clean and beautifully set up. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a full dinner or just to have snack. All of the furniture is new, TV service is excellent, and all of the rooms are beautifully maintained. There are two bedrooms and the house is situated into a hill . It has three floors with the bottom floor being just the pool. The location, while difficult to find, is perfectly situated on the island if you wish to be in the middle. It is 30 minutes to Castries, one hour to Rodney Bay, and one hour to Soufriere. The manager of the property is extremely responsive. There is maid service and pool cleaning service included. There is absolutely nothing lacking in this property and I would go back to it in a heartbeat. You get a lot for your money with this property. A short three minute drive down to Margo Bay. You will find restaurant, activities, and a beach just a 2 minute ferry ride away.

Amazing villa! Beautiful views, clean and well appointed. This our 4th time visiting St. Lucia so we’re very familiar. Initially the drive was a trick getting used to. But the fear of god snapped me to.if from the US remember to bring power plug converters!Wrap around deck and seating both inside and out were perfect oh and the grill actually worked! As I love to cook ( yes even on vacation) my wife not so much, the kitchen had everything needed to make some amazing local dishes. Local restaurants were a delight. Just an FYI, there are NO street signs and GPS is sketchy at best. Once you get close to Marigot Bay there are signs to White Turtle, just keep your eyes peeled.

Lovely property as advertised. Will, the concierge was very helpful setting up taxi transport and excursions and anything we needed. View of the ocean from balcony. Pool was clean and very much enjoyed. PropertyVery quiet and safe area. Property very clean and well set up. Plenty of space for 4 people. I don't recommend driving yourself from the airport or excursions. 15 minute walk to marigot bay and restaurant area. Can be hard to get a taxi back to villa from harbor area, very steep walk. May want to rent car just to get back and forth to harbor area. Highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Turtle Villa. The villa is a dream come true! The house is perfectly equipped and truly lacks nothing (including cooking facilities - we have rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation home). The pool was breathtaking and offers exceptional privacy. The view of the bay and the sunset from the accommodation is truly breathtaking and first-class. Communication with the owners, Mike and Kathy, was sensational: Very friendly, very communicative, very quick. Great! You couldn't ask for anything better. Communication with Will, the Villa manager, was also excellent. He was always there to help us. Since we had a rental car (highly recommended!), the villa was the perfect starting point for our expeditions and excursions on the island.We already miss the villa and hope to be back there soon.Best regards to Mike & Kathy, Will, and everyone else (pool service/gardener, housekeeping) who made our stay at the villa so wonderful.

Our stay at The White Turtle Villa was absolutely wonderful. The house was spotless upon arrival and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The private pool was a highlight and the sunset views from the property are truly breathtaking. Beyond the house itself, the communication with the owners was top-notch. We had an amazing time exploring the island by car are by boat and would highly recommend this Villa anyone visiting St. Lucia

This place is the perfect getaway! We loved the house. Bed was very comfortable as were the seating areas throughout the house. The pool was great. The location is convenient because you can get to the north or south sides of the island in an hour. This place is worth every penny!

We absolutely loved this home! We rented a car for our visit, so after going out for activities, coming back to this beautiful home, pool and tropical setting was pure relaxation. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and countertops and is well equipped, the bed in the master was very comfortable (there were just 2 of us staying there) and the decor and furnishings inside and out were comfortable and attractive. We especially enjoyed the views from the top level balcony, breakfast outside on the covered balcony every morning and a couple of gorgeous sunsets! The pool was wonderful-8 free style strokes from end to end, so you can actually a swim a little bit if you choose. The pool lights and garden lights added a special touch at night. The outside shower is the best! Wherever we were in the home, on the balconies or at the pool, it felt very private, topped off with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean. The property manager, Will, was also fantastic. Very helpful and responsive. The home was spotless and the grounds were very pretty and well kept. The location on the island was great, being about halfway between the northern sights and the southern sights, with numerous restaurants just minutes away. We highly recommend a private water taxi during your stay. The island is so beautiful from the water and its a very enjoyable way to visit various snorkel sights and more. We were so pleased that this house, White Turtle, turned out to be a homerun in every way.

If you are looking for a more authentic and private experience than the big resorts, this is a great option! Beautiful home on a quiet hill a short walk from Marigot Bay that is incredibly well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the owners and property manager was excellent and they offered many great recommendations during our stay. We did have a few things stolen from the pool area one night but the owners immediately addressed the situation and offered to refund or replace what was taken. It sounds like the incident was an isolated one involving someone from the area who has some mental issues and a reputation for petty theft. I would just suggest future guests not leave things outside over night but overall we felt the area was very safe. Highly recommend this rental and we will def look to stay here again the next time we are in Marigot Bay.
