Stayed Feb 4, 2026Ann and Danny were very accommodating to our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how clean they kept the rooms and the entire property. The pool was awesome, right outside our door. Very quiet and secluded. If you are looking for a quiet place to just relax this is it.

Stayed Nov 19, 2024We were extremely pleased with the property. Ann and Danny were the perfect hosts . As stated in other reviews they were always available and were really nice people. We arranged a couple of day trips through them and Donna our driver guide was a lovely young lady who made the day trips even more enjoyable. The housekeeping was fantastic , and Pauline worked very hard to ensure our room was spotless . A very nice young lady . In closing all previous reviews were spot on and we would definitely recommend and will return one day .Ann and Danny thanks for a wonderful stay . Nancy and Jim from Canada

Stayed Dec 20, 2023Ann and Danny have an absolutely amazing property, the views are breathtaking. They were available any time we needed them and arranged our tour of the island. Stayed Nov 28, 2022Wonderful location overlooking Marigot Bay with easy access to local restaurants and as a base to explore island. The rooms are very clean and grounds kept beautifully with fresh fruit to be picked. We would gladly stay again. Ann and Danny were great hosts and pointed us to great beaches, a favorite restaurant, Jambe de Bois on Pigeon Island, an ice cream shop in Gros Islet, and delicious cassava bread at Plas Kassav as we moved south to Soufrière.. They run a wonderful new restaurant across the street from Marigot Palms called The Villa with a very good breakfast and fantastic dinners.

Stayed Jan 21, 2018We found the owners to be very informative and helpful in all aspects of our experience. Danny and Ann offered a full service with day trips, car rentals, dinner, massages and choices for restaurants. I would recommend this property to others. Chuck and Deb
