Private Villa located in Marigot Bay

This property is an absolute 10 out of 10. The pictures don’t do it justice. The family absolutely loved it. We had a beautiful view of the cliffside and bay every morning. I suggest spending an evening enjoying the sunset from your private pool. You’ll be able to see both in the pictures below. The day we arrived we were greeted by a private chef’s (Claudia) dinner. She prepared delicious local dishes for us. We had leftovers for days. The following day we took a trip to The Ladera resort in Soufriere (about an hour drive) to watch the sunset. An absolute must see. Spectacular sunset between the Grand Pitons. The following day we took a private sailboat tour along the coast and visited the waterfall and mud baths followed by some snorkeling. Our captain Kevin and Tyreke were wonderful. Highly recommend. Our final day we took a day trip to a resort to enjoy a beach day and the amenities of a hotel. Trou Rolland is a well maintained property with a great staff. Whatever we requested, speakers, adapters were delivered promptly. Will, the house manager was very attentive. If I were to have one complaint about St Lucia it is the cost of transportation. Long taxi rides sometimes cost more than dinners but driving was not an option for me. All in all a great family trip. St Lucia is beautiful.

The views from the villa are unbelievable, especially from the infinity pool. The house was very spacious and comfortable, but be aware there is no A/C on the main level so it gets pretty warm.

A fantastic stay in Marigot Bay. House was just what we needed, plenty of space for three families, 12 total. Many secluded spots around the property for reading, hanging out in small groups but also great communal/eating spots. Adequate kitchen with two refrigerators provided food storage space for our group. Wonderful smallish infinity pool and plenty of seating around it. Rooms/bathrooms were adequate and AC to keep us cool at night was needed. Walk to town was 10 minutes down some pretty steep paved roads and a few minutes longer to the local/closest beach and swimming area. Make sure to bring water shoes for local swim spot as it’s rocky but also great snorkeling here. Can’t say enough about local services from: Anthony Griffith taxi services provided us with all of our transportation needs for the week, including up to Rodney Bay and down to Soufrière, to and from the airport. Also wonderful chef services from Claudia Felicien who cooked up local treats with a smile. All in all a great spot for largish groups.

Two couples felt right at home in this spacious villa! Infinity pool and view couldn't have been more amazing, facing west for sunsets. Staff was great, responsive and accommodating. Would be great if beach chairs were available to borrow or to rent from unit.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with this house. The house was beautiful, the view was beautiful, and it was it very well stocked, well thought out house. My only complaint and I hesitate to call it. A complaint, was that they had staff there almost every day. While it adds to the cleanliness and the upkeep of the property, it definitely interfered with our privacy There always seem to be somebody around. There were days that we wanted to just sit at the house and relax and look out over the ocean, but there were people lingering around. While this wasn’t a huge issue it would have been nice to have a little more privacy. We absolutely loved the place otherwise!

Our trip to St Lucia was the beginning of May and we stayed in the Trou Rollande villa in Marigot Bay. What an absolutely beautiful home! From the location to the design of the home to the spectacular views we were in paradise. The entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. The house was meticulously maintained both inside and out. Wonderful pool to enjoy. We had everything we needed to make our stay the best. We enjoyed every second and highly recommend.

Very private hideaway with stunning views, cool breezes, beautiful garden landscaping and full amenities. The well-appointed house is spacious and lovely. Property manager Nina and husband are very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Anthony and Ms. Alces were easy to reach; quite agreeable and always available for taxi service. Fun family excursions to Sugar Beach; hiking; cooking; shopping - all great. Highly recommend.

The home, the team, the area, the food, the chef, the maid service , all of it so perfect. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The house is brilliantly designed, beautifully furnished, and immaculately maintained by very nice staff. We enjoyed a good balance between relaxing by the pool and participating in energetic island activities - diving, snorkelling, hiking the Pitons,and a fabulous boat trip to Sugar Bay for lunch.

The house is maintained beautifully. Has a superb view and a great pool. There is no air conditioning on the main floor so it can get quite hot, but the lower floors (accessed by a spiral staircase) have AC.
