The designer kitchen is both functional and sculptural, porcelain surfaces, the latest AEG ovens, a full-height wine fridge and an integrated refrigerator and freezer concealed within cabinetry a truly beautiful space. The walk-in pantry has extensive storage, dishwasher, large bin storage for recycling and double sinks.

The bedroom wing offers 4 bedrooms in total, the master suite lays beneath its own cathedral ceiling, private and peaceful, complemented by a beautifully appointed dressing room and ensuite.

The main bathroom contains a level entry tiled shower, feature bath, WC and individual heated towel rails, positioned well to be accessed by the 3 remaining bedrooms.

Linking the bedroom wing is the laundry, wet-room, powder room and linen storage. There is internal access to garaging that has space to secure up to 4 vehicles, boats and or ski gear. There is a snooker/pool table set up for guest entertainment.

The driveway has parking for up to 5 vehicles, the property is located at the end of a private right of way, its private and secure in a modern subdivision.
