Description

The villa is far from city downtown but it is located 7 mins on foot to the beach with ocean view, 5 mins to two golf courses of Danang by taxi or you can work. The villa is also located in the middle way from Danang to Hoian.
When you place with us that is your home, and you can use both the private swimming pools and resort pool which is near the beach. The private beach of the resort that you also can indulge is the significant thing in your trip.
The price is notincluded breakfast but you can cook with well-equipped kitchen, or have a buffet breakfast in resort. However the best breakfast is the outdoor breakfast in the villa that would be great experience that you wake up in the morning and have your swimming with the beautiful beach and are served the signature breakfast with every thing from tropical countries and changed everyday if you stayed with us for a long time (juice, fruit and Vietnamese sandwiches, local noodle and homemade jam and honey)
The breakfast with resort is 25 USD/each/adult (the buffet one).
The breakfast in the villa is are menus with 10 small dishes and changed everyday. The price is 12 USD.
The following attractions and restaurants that you can choose for your perfect vacation:
1. Hi An is a ancient city, you can go there by taxi and do not forget to enjoy street foods and other lovely restaurants such as Cargo (The fusion styles...).
2. In Danang city, you can go along to the beach to find the fresh and yumy restaurants. You will choose what kind of seafood you like and they will cook for you

You can travel by motorbikes or cars to the following destinations:
1. Hoi An - 20 km - 20 min by cars or motorbikes.
2. Marble Mountain - 5 mins by cars or motorbikes.
3. Linh Ung Pagoda - 30 mins by cars or motorbikes.
4. 45 mins to the local and supermarkets: Lotte Mart, Metro and Big C.
5. My Son Holly Land - 1 hours by cars.
I also love to help you to organise the following activities such as fishing tours, diving activities, fauna and flora exploring excursion in Son Tra mountain...

This was our first visit to Vietnam and we could not have stayed at a better location in Da Nang. Amazing property, great service, very helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

I had my whole family on this trip, including parents, mother in law, 4 year old son and twin 10 months old babies. The house is excellent. The leaving room is quite big, which allowed us to leave the babies playing on the floor. Unfortunately it was a wet season there so we could not enjoy the private pool, although is was looking amazing. The condo facilities are awesome as well. There is a shared pool, bar and restaurant on the condo, facing the beach. There is also a playground, which my son spent a lot of time playing. Mr Thi was an amazing host, since I made the booking he was always in communication replying promptly with any information I needed. His staff was there in a daily basis, cleaning the house with a very positive attitude. He was always helping us with everything we need, from BBQ grill and baby cot to arrange transport and touristic activities. I am for sure looking ahead to be back in DaNang and will definitely be looking for this house.
