the villa was obtained from the renovation of the water mill of 1500 by Duke Galeazzo Farnese (nephew of Pope Paul III) built in 2006. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. The villa is located in Maremma on the embankment of the Olpeta river and inside a fenced garden of 1,300 m2 with shower, closet, barbecue, oven and parking. It borders a prehistoric forest of 2,700 hectare
