Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

    The property was as advertised.Great for our pet dog toy cavoodle and off street parking for our boat and car.Very nice bathroom and kitchen with plenty of cutlery and utensils. Nice covered bbq area with table and chairs.Beds were comfortable. Laundry was very convenient.There were chocolate wrappers and a few other things under the beds and couch which could have been cleaned better.We bought bottled water as the tap water tasted a bit funny and the water from the shower smelled a bit.Shops and beach were close if driving but a little far for walking as there is no direct route.Overall was a plesant stay and would be happy to stay there again on our next trip.

    Centrally located with undercover parking at your door. And a securely fenced yard makes this villa very pet friendly. Quality appliances and linen are provided. An excellent choice for a Nelson Bay stay.
