Stylish country house and in absolute sole. Rest position with magnificent sea views

We all really enjoyed our stay in Koper and the owners were very pleasant to deal with. The house is surrounded by greenery (and deer etc) in a very quiet country area, with fabulous views towards the sea. A spacious property, there was plenty of room for two adults and two late teens.Our only negative comment would be that as we like to cook on holiday we would have liked a bigger fridge and more food storage space.

The view is stunning. Every detail of the home is lovingly cared for. The period design and modern conveniences are perfectly combined. We arrived earlier than anticipated and the owner gave us excellent directions to a nearby restaurant. We adore this place and you will too!

This beautiful property is a rare find; charming and with plenty of character. It’s remote and not overlooked from a single angle so if you are seeking out peace and quiet then this is the villa for you. Beds are comfortable and large and the whole villa is beautifully furnished in a very rustic “French shabby chic” style. The front terrace is amazing with beautiful views and plenty of shade from the intense heat of the day. We didn’t meet the owners but talked with them by phone and email - they were extraordinary helpful - we arrived very late so I gave them a list of items we would need ie. Bread, butter, eggs, ham, milk etc and they would not let us pay for them. Because of the remote nature of this property you’ll definitely need a car - the nearest shop is a few miles away. It’s literally just over the border from Italy so you will have no difficulty finding great Slovenian or Italian restaurants. The biggest recommendation I can provide is that we plan to return again in May next year!

We really enjoyed our stay, the garden and the view were so pretty. We spent the holiday with our two little kids here and they enjoyed the house and the environment as well. Koper and Trieste are close by and there are nice places to go for a swim. Also the owners were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place.

We really felt at home in this house. The warm feeling and atmosphere of a nice house :). We loved the deer passing by every night ! The warm welcome of the host Maurizio was perfect ! Thanks for everything. We can highly recommend this place. Thumbs up !!

The house has all you can wish for a nice holiday. It's quiet with a lot of space. The house inside stays cool in summer. It's decorated with lot's of beautiful furniture. And all kind of equipment. The view on the landscape and the sea is magnificent. It's located near a little nice Italian village. The hosts of the house are good in the communication and you can feel that they want you to have a nice time in their house. All together we had a really great time!
