Stunning Villa with Private Garden, Shared Pool, 10 min from lovely beach

This is the second time we've visited and both times have been really enjoyable experiences. Lovely quiet and spacious villa, swimming pool is pretty much to yourself. Everything you need is to hand. Just a very short trek to the beach and plenty of lovely little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We have small children and it is a perfect place for them. Owner is very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will definitely be coming back!

Our family of 5 (2adults & 3 children) stayed here in June for 10 days. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday including beach items. The pool was a great hit with the kids and usually had no one in it so it was just like having our own pool. The villa is very spacious and airy and everyone had more than enough space. It was also great to have some tv channels for when the kids were tired after a day in the sun. The villa is just outside the village but its a lovely walk into the village passing the restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the beach too although slightly long for little legs :) The beach in Foz is beautiful and safe for kids. There are lovely restaurants/cafes and they are pretty reasonable. If you hire a car Caldas de Rhaina is very close and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops for the days where the sun is not shining. There is a fantastic park in the centre with tennis courts playgrounds and a beautiful museum. We love this area of Portugal and we have been 4 times now, we will be back again!

The villa was very well equipped and catered for all our needs. It's right next to the pool. The pool was lovely and regularly attended.

This villa is absolutely fabulous, there is everything in the villa that you could possibly need and was spotless.It is within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and the stunning lagoon and beach. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending this villa and will certainly return to this area and villa. The owner Grieg could not have been anymore helpful with information on the area and attractions. All in all a fabulous stay.

Lovely house in a quiet location,well equipped and loads of books and DVDs.Some really good restaurants within walking distance.

A fantastic holiday! The house was great with all home comforts and more. Highlights included the pool and sun loungers, excellent DVD library and wifi, 3 bathrooms, amazing beaches and lots of lovely places to explore nearby. Highly recommended !
