Luxurious villa with Fantastic views, heated pool, 5min walk to beach

Our stay in Foz was amazing the Villa was spacious and really well equipped. The owner was very communicative and a real help with questions. Our second stay in the area and can see us returning without question.

Everything was perfect

Property is very large with plenty of space including games/tv room which is great for young families and/or teenagers to entertain. WIFI reaches whole property including by pool, pool is great size and loads of shades and loungers available. Kitchen has all you need and BBQ area works well especially to enjoy the views whilst cooking. The location is great, some steep short walks to get to beach but it’s not far and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Lots of local supermarkets in nearby town. The views are amazing and every night we watched the sunset which makes the evenings amazing. Property is really clean and the owners kindly got a midweek (2 week stay) clean done which was very thorough. Excellent property

Beautiful well appointed house! Immaculate! Close to beach. Heated pool, nice grilling area outside, 4 full modern bathrooms, awesome kitchen, spacious. Never felt crowded with 10 people. Great game room. Stayed 9 nights. Would love to stay longer! Recommend a car to get around area.

The house was verry nice whith a marvelous view. It was clean and everything you needed for the stay. We stayed as three generations and everyone enyoyed the stay. I woud love too come back.

The property was great and better than the web site, the management company was not existent and we had to call a previous employee to get into the property on arrival and the we did not have any contact from the existing management company even when we lost water for one day and did not know what to do.Brilliant property terrible on the ground support.

Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this incredible property with amazing sea views. It is so well equipped with beautiful furnishings. There is everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The resort is beautiful with a choice of lovely restaurants. A visit to the nearby medieval town of Óbidos is a must, it is very beautiful. The host, Emil, was so helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We will 100% be booking here again. Highly recommended.

A really well appointed Villa, excellent location for a family holiday.

This home was a dream! Beautiful views and ocean breezes! Wonderful kitchen and luxurious bathrooms for all guests. We enjoyed local restaurants, walking on the beach and using this as a jumping off point for other nearby places of interest. Absolutely wonderful experience!

The house was simply wonderful. The large kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all comfortable and easy to use. We loved the views and downhill walks to the beaches and town. Coming back uphill was a bit more challenging! Several people in our group used an Uber but would definitely recommend having a car if you want to use this as a base to explore central Portugal

The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets.

An outstanding villa with spectacular views, we were a large family and didn’t use the full space available, because it is so spacial - you could even bring an au pair or caterer, there is that much space. A total must have was the heated pool, we were grateful for that after spending time at the beach and in the stunning Atlantic Ocean which has its waves and quieter and safer lagoon. Our host was attentive and concerned for us having a great time which we did, thank you very much

An awesome house, good size bedrooms/bathrooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need and more. Got nothing to complain about.
