Stunning Villa with Air Conditioning and Heated Pool—3 Double Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

Best holyday ever

Fantastic place!

Generally speaking the property was good but there were some unsatisfactory features. Firstly there were no english instructions for using things like washing machine dishwasher and oven. The distance from the town was more than we expected and certainly not easily walkable. Overall the facilities were good but one bed had a nylon flanalette sheet which was unacceptable. The downstairs bathroom was nice but the vanity unit was too large making access to the shower difficult particullarly for the more elderly like us. The pool was superb and well maintained.

The property met our expectations and we had a lovely stay. The house is within walking distance of the town which meant we didn’t have to drive every day. The market on Tuesday was fantastic as was the Roman sites and museum. The pool was very welcome on hot days. A couple of feedback points- Although there are lots of brochures left at the property, there was no information from the property owners about local recommendations. It’s a small thing but would have made a nice touch. Also, the checkout time stated in the information email was 10.30am. The day we left, the neighbour and cleaner arrived at 10. Luckily we were pretty much ready to go but felt a bit rushed as we departed. I would still highly recommend this property despite the feedback points and would happily visit again 🙂

Property is a comfortable place to stay with great outside space. It's located in a peaceful area but only a 15 minute walk into the city with plenty of restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our week in this lovely spot in Vaison la Romaine! The house lived up to it's description on the website and offered a quiet, sunny spot close to a lovely little town with good restaurants, ice cream shops, groceries and medical help if needed. It is an easy to walk to town in about 10-15 minutes along a smaller road with marked space for pedestrians, although not all cars go the speed limit. (see it on Google Maps) Our two kids (11 and 14) very much enjoyed the pool which was big enough to play around in. It would have been nice with a few more pool beds to lounge around in as the kids also used them. On the slightly less positive side it was a bit hard to communicate with the neighbor who let us into the house, as she only speaks French. We also missed an overview of some sort to give us information about what to see the area, good restaurants, where to put the trash etc. And due to the hot weather it would have been lovely to have air conditioning in the bedrooms. All in all, we definitely recommend this house and would love to come back for more holiday fun some time in the future!

The house was perfect for us, but would be difficult if all the bedrooms were used due to lack of lounge seating for more than four people. The location is great, quite but within easy walking distance of the town. Vaison is a great place for exploring the area. Finally the pool was wonderful and needed as some days it was up to 35-36 Dec!! The only negative is that as it was so hot a change of bedding after the first week would have been welcome.

Splendid 3 bedroom home with pool within easy walking distance of Vaison la Romaine - just a 10 minute walk to town and 15 minutes to the Roman bridge and old town. We regularly walked into town for lunch, dinner or just an evening drink. The Tuesday market is also not to be missed. Very nice pool with great poolside furniture. The house is well equipped and even though it is surrounded by other houses, it is still secluded and quiet. Al-in-all a great choice and location.

This is a nice house in a nice residential area of Vaison la Romaine. It is a 15 minute walk into the center of the village. The house is well furnished, comfortable, with all the amenities. It has a pleasant garden with pool. We enjoyed our 4 week stay very much.
