Stunning six bedroom seafront villa with pool, garden and sea views

A very beautiful house, with a lovely pool and grounds.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures! Lots of space for our large family. Bedrooms are huge and comfortable. Everything you need is here! Pauline the housekeeper came every weekday and kept everything well taken care of. We had Chef Patricia prepare dinner for us 3 times and I can not recommend her more highly. She is great to work with, her food is better than anything we had at a restaurant and it was so convenient! The only sort of downside to the experience was the road out to the house. Believe the reviews that the road out is a bit rough. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive but it is a rough ride. Would recommend staying at Dieppe House for a family holiday!!!

We were a group of 11 adults celebrating a special birthday and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful villa and location. Sunrise, sunset were all spectacular and we were so fortunate to experience a lunar ecipse during our stay making it extra special.We decided to have a local caterer provide most of our evening meals, as the villa is a perfect place to hang out with friends, and we have many exceptionally happy memories of our nights eating and dancing on the verandah area. Although we had a slight glitch with the water supply on one occasion, the staff stepped in immediately and all was put to rights. We took our own paddleboard and the beach at the bottom of the garden proved to be a great place to use it. And we loved watching the pelicans dive there for their catch of the day!Dieppe Bay House is an absolute gem, and we wouldn' t hesitate to recommend it. And Melanie was a delight to deal with - thank you!

We had a great time at this wonderful villa. The home is stunning and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The views of the bay from many different spots on the property, including from the bedrooms and patio, was impossible to get used to - I was amazed once again every day when I would open the patio doors to let the breeze in and see the view. Sunrise was right over the bay in perfect view over the pool. We didn't have bugs all week (unlike our last night on the island near Dickinson Beach) due to the nice breeze.We loved the location, close to a few grocery stores and terrific restaurants right across Falmouth Harbor, usually only 5-10 minute drive. The road leading to/from the property is rough, but we got used to it. Definitely was the right move renting a Jeep - made the ride easier on that road as well as a couple places we drove on low maintenance roads.We also loved being so close to some of our favorite spots on the island, including Shirley Heights / Blockhouse Overlook, Falmouth and English harbors, Nelson's Dockyard, Galleon Beach (good snorkeling on the far south side by the rocks). And my favorite beach on the island was Pigeon Point Beach which was just across the bay.The owner, property manager, housekeeper, and gardener were all wonderful and did a great job making sure the property was well maintained.Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful home with us! We had a large family reunion and the house accommodated everyone. Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. Antigua is a beautiful country with very kind people. We loved our stay. We enjoyed several beaches. Don’t miss Shirley Heights or Devil’s Brifge.

Second year at this amazing property. Absolutely an amazing home. Outdoor verandah space is just perfect for socializing and our favorite spot in the home. Everything is clean and the owner is responsive and super helpful. Would strongly recommend this property to everyone.

The house and property were perfect for my family and exceeded our expectations in every way. I have been visiting Antigua for decades. This was the first time I was able to assemble all three of my children and their families on the island. The property manager Anna and housekeeper Pauline both helped make our stay delightful.

Home comfortable for our family of 12 Home in very good repair. Kitchen has everything necessary. Grounds in wonderful shape. Daily house keeping by Pauline was perfect. She is an absolute pleasure. My wife and I been to Antiguia 8 pervious trips. This is the 2nd in this area of the island. First time during the summer months- not as many restaurants open as expected but enough for a few meals our. Enjoyed the Kids Carnival parade. Great house, great location, we took vacation during off-season and there was still plenty to do within a short distance; restaurants, beaches or places of interest. I would recommend a rental vehicle. The owners are awesome to open up their house for rental!

The house is lovely, it is a family home and clearly loved and a special place for them. We found the host to be extremely responsive to our needs, and the staff was very quick to act when we requested anything. We had several requests that were above and beyond, and they were all taken in stride, and executed very quickly. A fabulous hostess.
