Gaudí is a spacious and beautifully appointed vacation rental villa spanning 450 m², thoughtfully distributed across multiple floors to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is bright and stylishly furnished throughout, combining practicality with refined elegance.

On the main floor, you are welcomed into a generous living and dining room featuring a dining table, a bar area, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A large, open-plan kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with a bar, a dining table, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer, with its own exit to the terrace and swimming pool as well. A shower room with WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a large additional living room, 3 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC. The first of these bedrooms features a rooflight and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom also benefits from a rooflight and is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions. The third bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with individual air conditioning. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom is identically configured and offers direct access to a private balcony. The third bedroom on this floor also includes 1 French bed of the same dimensions and its own exit to a balcony. Two bathrooms with bath, bidet, and WC serve this floor.
