Stonelovers® Villa in Jardim do Mar With Private Pool next to Sea

Beautiful villa with a great location in Jardim do Mar. Very helpful hosts who provided all the information we needed. We had a wonderful time here!

Such a beautiful, serene place to stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with a very large and comfortable bed. Everything, and more, was provided for our stay, including fresh mangoes from the surrounding trees. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed the local Terrace Restaurant (for both drinks and food), whose staff were extremely welcoming. We would definitely recommend having a car, as Jardim do Mar is a very small village. We were in the downstairs apartment, which was next to the small pool. There was lots of shade to be had. All communication was excellent, from booking through to the end of our stay.One thing to note is that the downstairs apartment does not have air conditioning, as described, but does have a ceiling fan in the lounge and a plug in fan in the bedroom. When we mentioned this to Lucio we were assred that air conditioning will be put in early next year. All round an absolutely excellent place to stay.

Check-In was really easy, the position of the appartment is really greate, with the pool and the garden it is a paradise. The room behind the pool is fantastic, you can get there fresh towls, some toys for the pool, fresh water tought an automat and other utilitys, witch you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed our 10 days really!!!

First the village of Jardim do Mar, before we forget to mention, is a very quiet but beautiful village. An idyllic place, the real Madeira! The Stonelovers apartment was perfect in every sense, nice views, spacious and with a great private garden. But what made Woodlovers stand out in comparison to other apartments was the supply room (think of filtered water, extra kitchen supplies and a washing machine) and the contact with the owners. The owners gave us very many and excellent things to do on Madeira. Our compliments, we already recommend Woodlovers to some of our friends!

We had the most wonderful time in the Stonelovers Unit, a beautiful flat, well equipped and with the pool right in front of the door as well as a garden with Mango and Banana tree. The Woodlovers team were incredibly helpful, with great advice on what to do and where to go. They were instantly available when we had questions. We also loved the sweet cats that visited us and are part of the magic of the house. Thanks a lot, Ruben and Lucio, for a perfect holiday!

Beautiful design. Fantastic cats! Heated pool (nice Dec-Mar?)! Great beds and bedding and towels and showers. Great garden! Lovely walk to seawall and beautiful surf. Friendly townsfolk and restaurants. Easy parking. Lots of access to physical activities if you can partake. We are a bit sedentary and mostly enjoyed the pool and the cats and wifi and walking to the restaurants and waterfront. Lucio and Ruben are terrific responsive hosts! Thanks so much!
