Came out for a softball tournament and the location and amenities did not disappoint. My kids loved the basketball game upstairs, I appreciated doing all our laundry right downstairs. The home was beautiful, the pool was relaxing, overall 10/10 experience! We took a trip to Zion while up there it is a must see hike.

Stayed Mar 23, 2023We came down for a 3-night stay as our teenagers had some events down that way, and we thoroughly enjoyed this place! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of beds and room to play. Great location, too! Will definitely stay again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Wonderful home for family with kids. There is so much space and super fun games for this kids. Bathrooms for everyone. We have stayed at the LEDGES numerous times and this by far was my favorite house space wise!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, second time we have stayed at Ledges and second time in this unit. While it’s definitely slightly older than last time it’s still a fantastic location and unit. Plenty of space for three families to have their own space, own kids room. Had a few small hiccups but they were quick to help, heads up they only make fitted sheets on bunk beds now to preserve the integrity of the bunk beds.
