Splendid view of the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades

Lovely villa and landscaping! Our host was very accommodating and helpful!

We just returned from a fantastic week in this wonderful villa.Views are amazing, walk to sweet harbour town is 20 mins but longer coming back as a steep hill to climb!The gardens and outside space at the villa were incredible and although you share the pool at times with the family villa next door and the owners apartment below they are so accommodating and discrete this was not an issue.The hospitality of Manolis and his wife Olga was brilliant. We enjoyed their home cooked meal on arrival and they were very helpful and accommodating at all times. We have 2 teens who had the 2 rooms with shared bathroom upstairs and so this 3 bedroom villa suited us perfectly.

Great expansive property for family trips, no more than 15 minute drive from anywhere you want to go in Paros from nightlife to beaches, but a quiet place to rest at the end of the day

Our host Manoli was ever so helpful, even offering to do a shop for us as the ferry was arriving at a time when the supermarket may be closed. There was a home cooked Greek meal waiting for us on check in to rival my mother’s. The property has a wonderful garden, stunning views and infinity pool and is ideally located. It’s a short distance from the port town and Naoussa but far away enough not to feel overwhelmed by a mass of tourists. The local village Piso Livadi is so cute. Has enough restaurants and a cute harbour, a few shops and a relaxed vibe. There are great beaches dotted along the coast near the property from high end organised beaches to little hideaways.

I am almost afraid to write a review, for fear that everyone visiting the lovely island of Paros will want to stay here, and it might not be available for us! This home is AMAZING - beautiful, colorful, comfortable ... and the views and outdoor space are not to be believed! Manolis was an absolutely WONDERFUL host. Hard to imagine someone can be so warm and welcoming to complete strangers. Starts with his excellent communication; his helpful hints (rent a car, as an example); AND, we had delicious Greek stuffed peppers in the oven waiting for us upon our arrival -- YUMMY! I cannot thank you enough, Manolis, for sharing this lovely home with us on our visit to Paros. As I mentioned to you, we didn't want to leave! With many thanks and great appreciation for your hospitality and professionalism! *If renting a home on Paros, you will need a car to take full advantage of the island.*

Our five-night stay in this villa could not have been more perfect or enjoyable. It's a gorgeous property with magnificent views of the countryside and ocean. Nearby Piso Livadi is a lovely village, where we enjoyed dinners at portside restaurants, a 20-minute ride away from the bustle of Parikia (you definitely need to rent a car to stay here!) Manolis was the most amiable and responsive host we have ever had on a vacation. He met us at a local supermarket and escorted us to the villa; he prepared a delicious meal for our entire family; he responded within minutes to any communication, whether it was a request for information or a minor plumbing problem. He made a separate trip to the store to replace a defective appliance. We vould not have enjoyed ourselves more at the villa and cannot recommend it more highly.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. The place is very comfortable, quiet and has everything you need with a great pool and awesome views. The gardens are full of fruit trees and flowers which makes it all the more beautiful. We were looked after with a beautiful homemade meal for our first night. Plenty of room for the five of us and the kids had their own space. The location is great, coffee shop, supermarket and shops nearby. I can't recommend this villa any higher.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The host went above and beyond to be helpful and communicative. We loved the Greek casserole and wine he provided upon arrival. Look no farther and book this place!

Our stay on Paros was amazing, and we can't thank our host Manolis enough. The villa was perfect for our stay. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for party of five. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated, although the breeze with the windows open was refreshing. The location of the villa in relation to Piso Livadi was perfect for accessing cute shops, wonderful seafood, sailing trips, and served as the perfect base for our beach hopping. There is an awesome market within 5 minutes. It is evident that Manolis takes great pride in the grounds surrounding his villa. The pomegranate, lime and fig trees were beautiful, as well as the grapes growing on the trellis on the back patio. The view from the villa was spectacular. We were tired on our arrival to the island, but our host had the most wonderful homemade meal waiting for us on our arrival, complete with wine and bread. It was delicious and extremely appreciated. Thank you for a trip that we will not soon forget!

This place is magical, and has incredible views with various places to have lunch and dinner. The owner Manolis was very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations. Only bathrooms were a bit disappointing if you like modern places.
