We stayed at Casa Agua for 5 days in April 2023. This property is great for multiple families as it has 4 separate bedrooms (3 of which are basically individual master suites). I would note that each bedroom is on separate levels of the property, so, while this provides lots of privacy, it can be a challenge if your group has smaller children who want to use the smaller bedroom with two queen beds as that room is on the lowest level of the property and is somewhat removed from the living area. The property has incredible views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta at night, and the walk down to the beach club is a breeze (golf cart is also included regardless). Our concierge (Mario) was incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, and he came by to check on us daily. Finally, I would highly recommend the daily breakfast preparation! We will be back (most likely for an adult trip as the house provides lots of privacy for each guest).
