Spectacular Newly Remodeled in Pedregal, Amazing Panoramic Views

My stay at Villa Blanca in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the stunning views to the well-appointed rooms, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable experience. What truly set this vacation apart was the exceptional management by Baja Sur Vacation Rentals. Their team was incredibly attentive and catered to our every need with promptness and professionalism. Whether it was arranging local excursions or ensuring the house was stocked with essentials, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Villa Blanca for anyone looking to experience the best of Cabo San Lucas. The combination of a fantastic property and outstanding management made our vacation truly unforgettable.

- zero hot water for showers. - over a three day period none of the showers delivered hot water, ever. This is completely unacceptable.- dangerous pool. - exposed wiring with faulty in-pool lighting which could lead to execution/death!?- pool/hot tub heating - neither system operated correctly...the pool heated to over 95 degrees while the hot tub maintained a frozen temp and never heated, the pool on the other hand never cooled, rather, the pool stayed hot.- overall, the house is dated and worn. - no hot water in the kitchen. Faulty kitchen faucet and low value appliances. The cooks I hired had difficulty working on the dated appliances.- musty smells emanating from all drains and even the stairwell.- lighting in the home remained deficient.- inoperable bathroom plugs that popped circuits whenever the ladies untilized hairdryers/curling irons

Overall we had an excellent stay at Villa Blanca. The property was immaculate and better than I could have even imagined. Greatly appreciated having housekeeping in the villa and being able to pre-stock with groceries upon arrival. We arranged drivers and the boat tour through you and both were exceptional. My only feedback is that we thought that the chef you arranged was OK, but not great. The quality of the food was fine but not elevated. I wouldn't repeat again. Just wanted you to know because truly everything else was top-notch. Thank you for an amazing experience overall! I look forward to hopefully staying with you again.

The house is quite large and has 6 large very comfortable bedrooms. The decor is grand Mexican/ Mediterranean style. The host arranged for three dinners to be prepared at the house for our party of 7 (including 2 children) and we really enjoyed those dinners. We had excellent meals at restaurant's reserved by the host at our request. We used the pool and hot tub daily.

We very much enjoyed staying at this villa. It is 6 bedroom 3 story villa with incredible view. You can hire chef, bartender, even massages. I really suggest you to use recommended drives and arrange airport pick because it is a little tricky to find it. It was nothing but pleasant experience and manager of the villa is always available for your questions and requests.

The house was amazing with incredible views and the pool was perfect! Our host was very attentive and very helpful. We hope to come stay with them again.

Group of 11 had an awesome time at this home. Staff went above & beyond to accommodate all our needs. Beds are comfortable, temperature of all rooms was great, everything was clean & well maintained. We had a chef for breakfast each day & he found everything he needed in the kitchen. This was an amazing vacation!

This house was so incredible. We stayed for 3 days and I am so glad we picked this place. Terri and the staff were also incredibly prompt leading up to the vacation, as well as hosting us while we were there. I would definitely stay here again! The services they offer like catering, yoga etc. are perfect for a large group.
