Special villa, in a private location, heated pool, cable TV, high speed fibre

We had a great stay in the villa. It is very well set up with everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool and garden area were great with comfortable seating and dining areas. There are lots of beaches to explore nearby and we went to Lagos for a couple of day trips when the weather was cloudy at the villa.

We had an excellent stay at Steve's house, and we're well looked after by local contacts (thanks Alan and Jane). A great place to visit the Algarve Atlantic beaches and relax by the (warmed) pool in the evening.

Modern, clean with all the amenities you could wish for. A wonderful villa within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and activities. Internet & TV excellent as well. Only fly in the ointment were the barking dogs opposite from far too early in the mornings. Any jogger, walker set them off. Seriously annoying when lazing on a warm morning. But that was us - may not be an issue for others or in other weeks.

The property was spotless and well equipped , especially with extras like umbrella for the beach and boogie board , which was very helpful . Pool lovely and outside sitting area for lunch and evening under the awning . Lots of beautiful local coves and beaches within striking distance . Had a couple of visits from the local turkey but was gently persuaded off the property . Pool and absolute pleasure in the heat . Great communication and everything catered for , Thankyou for a lovely stay .

This is our second stay in this beautiful villa which is well equipped throughout with a fantastic pool area with bbq & plenty of seating. There are couple of bars/restaurants & small shop nearby within walking distance & plenty to drive to & the beaches are so stunning. The only negative was a week isn’t long enough & we really wanted to stay longer. Thank you again for another fantastic holiday.

We all very much enjoyed our holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating areas and BBQ. The whole of the villa was well equipped and clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay.

Stayed in August/21. House has a very welcoming exterior on the back of the house with silence, wind stopper bushes, 2 seating places (1 with table of 6 for meals; 1 smaller for sunsets) and a nice pool and barbecue to have a great time. Kitchen is big which allows very interesting occasions for the groups. We definitely recommend this house

Great house - very well stocked! Lovely pool and good location for Local beaches.

The house is perfectly serving it’s purpose! It is roomy for 5, clean, well equipped and has a nice pool/terrace area. Steve & Linda are very friendly hosts, communicate fast and to the point. From the house, you can easily reach (by car) the surrounding beaches of Monte Clerigo, Arrifana, Amoreira, etc.

We spent 1 week at the end of August in this wonderful villa. Our holiday has already begun with the pleasant communication with Linda and Steve in advance. When we arrived, we loved the villa from the first moment. Big sleeping rooms, a big living room with a TV and and a chimney (which we didn't use) and especially a big kitchen with everything you need. Especially the Nespresso Machine was a big benefit - every day started with a perfect cappucchino - I just can recommend: bring your capsules and use it. The terrace and the pool are also perfect: the pool is the whole day in the sun but there's still enough shadow to relax. We enjoyed the BBQ and every meal on the terrace. And the beaches around Aljezur are really wonderful. So my conclusion: if you want to have a great holiday go to Casa Vida Nova. We will come back.
