Spacious Villa with Wonderful Seaview, Heatable Pool, 3 min to the Beach

We (10 young people, 20-21 years old from Germany) stayed in Lanas villa for one week in the end of august. Although the weather was not always as we expected (3 days of rain and storm) we had an amazing time, as the pool is perfect (temperature and size), the villa has much space in every room, with the two verandas and two balconies, the big living room and a very good kitchen with more than enough equipment and tableware. You have literally anything you need there, free WLAN, a washing machine, dishwasher, 5 bathrooms, a chillout area outside, a grill, a lot of parking slots, many sunbeds, a sandwichmaker, etc. The way to the holiday home is not easy to find at the beginning as the navigation systems are not able to lead you there even if you have the address, but there are many friendly people around who are very helpful and can explain you ways to any important destinations, like Pula for Kaufland, Lidl and Plodine, Krnica for restaurants or how to get to the beach. As the villa has not many neighbours, it was no problem for us if it got a little noisy in the evening when we were enjoying the summer nights outside. It's right that the villa has seaview, but don't expect too much! I can really recommend this holidayhome if you want to spend a week with your group in a beautiful place offside a big city. Thanks to Lanas kind mother, who welcomed us earlier than it's written in the rental agreement with cake, dry fruit and cold apple juice. This was very nice after the long way we had passed by car! Thank you for an unforgettable week in your holiday rental, I hope I will come back some time!

We had a fantastic vacation in Rakalj and in this luxury house! I can strongly recommend villa Casablanca and Rakalj! A peaceful and very beautiful place in Istria very close to Pula when you like some puls and history. Don´t miss to visit the restaurant at the see Sveti Mikula, this is a top fish restaurant with fresh fish and seefood. I will come back! Thanks you! Best regards, Anette

We spend one week at Lanas beautiful villa. She and her mother who cleaned up the pool were very friendly and tried to make all wishes come true. The conversation was very good. The villa is really huge. We came with 7 people and had a lot of space. Every room was clean and decorated with love. All the things that were needed been there. It was a great pleasure to stay there and we will surely come back. Thanks for the great holiday.

Our stay was great choice for spending holiday. Lana thank you for welcome food and for bringing for us bikes that we rent. Rooms and toilet were very clean and rooms are really spacious with beautiful views. First night was strange sleeping in such a quite place and waking with so many crickets. It is good location for going around Istria, so we went to Pula and Labin and every time we found perfect restaurants in every part of Istria. Close to villa there is also on the top of cliff, fish restaurant with remarkable view and excellent istrian food. We went with kids to adventure park Glavani that was 15min ride with car. If you want to relax I recoded this property.

Ciao!!!! me, my family and friends spend a great 2 weeks in Casablanca villa, all stuff needed I found into the villa (kitchen, pool, garden, balcony) the owners meet 2 times for week for clean the pool and we received the Istrian goodness food (olives, oil, wine, cheese, cake, and more) the only one surprise is that the beach is 2.5km so must use the car or a middle relax walking on the road, but for back the road is rise ................but you can enjoy a lunch or dinner to Sveti Mikula restaurant near to the beach. we gone also to Rovinj Pula Medulin in 30 minutes drive the car. ah!!! the funny you can buy the homemade cheese and vegetable to the farm near 20meters. I hope come back next time.

We had a very kind and friendly welcome at the Vila Casa blanca although we arrived late. The villa is very well equipped and nicely decorated and furnished, very clean, great for children to enjoy nature. Vila is 1km from shop and 1.5km from beach - one of nicest in Istria ' not crowded. The vilage is rural, peaceful and is excellently situated to explore the rest of Istria and enjoy beatifull beaches. The neigbourhoud is stuning with olive trees, figs, lavander, salvia and many other mediterranian spices. Close is small goat farm where we bought wonderfull cheese. I recomend it.

My family and our friends had a super nice time in this charming place. The house is really beautifull and simple and the surrondings are quiet and peacefull so we didn't want to leave. The best was to see goats and sheeps every morning. No cars, no traffic no stress. Our children were so happy and myself as well, as there nothing negative can happen. I recomend you villa Casa Blanca in Rakalj, to spend a relaxing time!
