When the summer sun relentlessly shines its rays, cool off in the private pool of 9m by 4.5m (depth from 1m to 2m) and find solace on the shaded patio with a longpicnic table and wicker furniture with padded seating. Grill some of your favourite meats and summer vegetables on the barbecue that complements the stone patio. There is also an outdoors utility room and WC.



Inside the two-story villa, laze on leather sofas as the sun filters through the large windows of the living room. Gather the family for dinner in the dining room, or share breakfasts at the island with bar stools in the fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features one bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom.



Climb the staircase to the first floor to find the three remaining bedrooms: (1) one double bed plus ensuite bathroom, (2) two single beds plus ensuite bathroom, and (3) two single beds with full bathroom and separate shower. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



All local amenities and sights are just a short drive away from Villa Grande Xica, and include the town of Pollença (4.6km), Puerto Pollença (3.7km), the cove of Cala St. Vicente (4.6km), beaches (5.7 km) from the villa, a supermarket (3.2km), restaurants (4.6km), and a golf course (7.8km).
