It is a loft-type apartment that has two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed with a maximum capacity for 2 adults. A complete bathroom with a shower tray and a toilet. The kitchen, integrated into the living room but separated by a beautiful interior patio with plants, is equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. We offer free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning and heating

The Formentor apartment has an exquisite decoration, is very bright and has several balconies from which you can enjoy the comings and goings of people and the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is part of the Sant Miquel building, a building from 1900 whose structure preserves the typical character of buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and have everything you need to enjoy your vacation (kitchenware, sheets, towels...).

It is located in one of the most commercial streets in the Mallorcan capital, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, as well as live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from which you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, is just a few meters away.

The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is located two blocks away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 10 minutes you will be at the Cathedral or you can visit the Town Hall.

It is very important that you keep in mind that you can only access the apartment by stairs, since it is located on the first floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

    Good location, lots of shopping and dining options. If you have a rental car, you can park at Saba sa Gerreria which is a 5 minute walk away. They have a weekly rate of €69.50 which can be obtained ahead of time online (if you know your license plate number), or upon arrival with the station attendant, otherwise the daily rate is €34.50. The kitchen has what you need for light meals, and there is a full size fridge that is not shown in the photos. Being in the heart of the city, there is street noise, which adds to the charm during the day, and for the most part quiets down at night - but there is street cleaning and the occasional midnight Romeo to remind you of where you are. The windows and doors are of good quality and keep the outside noise to a minimum. The beds are two twins pushed together , which is both stated in the description and shown in the photos, however, if a work around is attempted you may fall between the cracks. For renters with knee or joint issues, the staircase is steep and narrow. The apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of character, and is an excellent place to base your exploration of all Palma has to offer.
