Our home is located right off of Route 16 in a small complex with 7 other units.

Easy walk to downtown North Conway. Close to Whitaker woods offering miles of walking and riding trails.

Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay the night
No large parties are allowed.
No more than 8 people allowed in the rental at anytime
Only 6 overnight guests are allowed without prior approval
You will be charged extra for any guests over 6 or guests not listed on the booking
Pets are not allowed without Prior approval.
You will be charged extra for unapproved pets
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- No fireworks or candles
- No animals
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
