Ample clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Ideal for hosting a bachelor party or similar event. Close to golf course and downtown restaurants. Host was attentive and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend this property!

The home was awesome, beautiful and clean and very spacious, more than enough room for the entire family.The host and owner were very responsive and available and accommodating. Highly recommend them and the property.

We maximized the home with our family event and could not have been happier. Everyone truly enjoyed the stay and were comfortable at the property. We had 30 guests of all ages and found everything we needed including the largest Thanksgiving table anyone could imagine. The host communcated well and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a large home.

The house was large. The owner came over within 15 to 20 min when we called and told him about the outdoor grill. He brought a new grill and installed it. Much appreciated. No wash clothes and face towels. Should have asked him. Unfair complain if I didn’t ask. Bedrooms were great. Gave everyone some time out if they needed it. Many had an ensuite. The last bedroom on the right before you reach the kitchen had a mattress that was short and those using said their pillow fell off the bed by the headboard. The husband was 6’2. Hard to push the mattress up w that height. Everyone else was good w their bed. Ours was great. Ned was personable and great. Thank you for replacing the grill as fast as you did. The area is great, everyone found things to do.

This was our 4th time staying in this house with a large group of friends to hike. The house is clean and comfortable for a group of our size and Ned was very accommodating with our early check in request and was a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be back!

Booked for our whole wedding party, stay was phenomenal and stress free!

We had a fabulous time at the 10 Locust Ln. property this past weekend. Our three generational family loved everything about the house from the large dining room table where everyone could gather to the various living spaces where smaller groups could relax while playing games or reading. We have great cooks in our family who really enjoyed having double appliances in the kitchen for storing, preparing and cooking food. The house was immaculately clean and they were more than enough bedrooms for our group of 24. The consensus was that this is the perfect place for our family reunions.

10 Locust Lane was ideal for our extended family of 27! There were plenty of bedrooms with one extra for a one-night stay by friends. There were three minor issues; We were told there were condiments in the refrigerator. Many were missing. The most noticeable were katsup and mustard. A better way to handle this is to either state that all condiments must be brought or provide an accurate list of what is there. 26 people generated a lot of trash. We were instructed to leave it outside the front door. Even though pick-up of the trash was frequent, squirrels and, possibly other animals, managed to tear open the bags and spread trash around. Possibly a covered container on the porch would both indicate where to put the trash and keep it from pests. Finally, the description of the property did not specifically state that the only practical access to the living spaces was up a series of steps a full story high. This was impractical for the one family member using a walker. None of the 3 issues made enjoyment of the property significantly any less. To a person, everyone has stated that they had a wonderful experience.
