Newly remodeled townhouse with open floor plan and plenty of room for the whole family. The unit has three floors and a loft. Each floor has a living room and full bathroom. The First floor offers a master bedroom with king bed. Second floor bedroom has two queen beds and a sleep sofa in the living room. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft bedroom with three twin beds. The lower level has a large living room, full bathroom and a bedroom with a twin captain's bed and a twin over full bunk

Stayed Aug 6, 2025Location is perfect. Very quiet area. Townhouse was well equipped and easily accommodated our family comfortably. Annalee was very responsive and helpful. The community pool left a little something to be desired unfortunately, but there are multiple swimming holes around the area that are great for cooling off.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great house for a family to explore all that North Conway has to offer. Close to tubing on the Saco, Echo Lake, Diana’s Baths, Story Land and more! Plenty of room to gather or spread out. The pool was a welcome addition after a day exploring.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Twelve of us stayed at the condo and it was wonderfully spacious. Each branch of my family had a floor to themselves, and each floor had its own living room area if anyone wanted some quiet time and a full bathroom. But the main floor living area was perfect for all of us to hang out together. The dining table was huge - perfect for large family meals and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans, and knives. The location is great - right off of the main drag and very close to Settler’s Green and many restaurants and supermarkets. Our plan was to ski but there was no snow so we played board games, went bowling, ice skating, and did a spa day at the Scandinavian hotel down the road. There was plenty to keep us busy in the area despite the lack of skiing. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone heading to North Conway.

Stayed Nov 23, 2023This property is perfect! Unlike most places that sleep this many people it has space to sit and be together to watch tv. It has a table large enough so you also sit and eat together or play games around the table. We are very comfortable at this condo and have rented it multiple times.
